Lucy's POV:
Today is my music test and I'm freaking out so much. I know I won't go wrong and forget the chords but Maisy, Mia and the rest will be there. I've practiced loads and I know the chords off by heart with the help from Dad of course. As soon as I arrive at school I take my guitar to the classroom, yeah it's annoying cause if you're instrument isn't big/hard to get to school you have to bring it and not use the schools but I'm not complaining cause I like my guitar, it's electric and a plum colour oh and it's so shiny.

"Hey" Omer smiles as I get to the lockers

"Hey, what instruments you guys using?"

"Drums" Jordan smiles

"Guitar, doing an acoustic of Beatles Yesterday" Lauren proudly states, her and her acoustic obsession, literally she will get a metal song and play it on acoustic.

"You gonna say your song yet?" Jordan asks

"Nope, gotta wait and see"

"Is it by your Dad?" Callum asks, Callum is Jordan's cousin who's joined our school 2 years ago. It's back to just me and Lauren being the only girls as the other 2 decided to ditch us, they was too girly for us anyway.

"Surprisingly no, nor by any family members of mine"

"I'm shocked, you're their biggest fan" Jordan laughs

"I'm full of surprises"

Music Class
So I'm next and I'm literally having a massive panic attack on the inside, Mia done a New Kids on the Block song and she got a few well a lot of the chords wrong which has helped me feel better as I know I won't make any mistakes.

"Lucy, you're up" Mr Clarkson smiles

"Bet it's gonna be one of her Dad's song" Maisy scoffs

I ignore her and grab my guitar and look at the teacher waiting for his nod to start. Ok you can do this, ignore them, don't look at them. Act like they're not here. I mentally calm myself down and Mr Clarkson nods.

"Omg I love this song" I hear callum says

"What is it? It's not nice to do a crap and unknown song" Maisy moans

"Excuse me? It's Run To You by Bryan Adams, it's a very popular classic song. Just cause it isn't cheesy songs like yours so shut up and research good music" Jordan says

I look up and see her speechless as everyone look at her smirking, best look I've ever seen off her. I finish and everyone claps. I put my guitar back and go to sit down.

"You did amazing" Omer smiles

"I'm actually shocked you didn't do a song related to your family" Jordan smiles

"See I can like music other than my family but I just choose not to" I laugh

"anyway you still all coming to mine this weekend?"

"yeah" we all reply, except Callum as he's seeing his Dad.

We're all at Jordan's for the weekend and are currently chilling out in the garden taking random photos as normal whilst listening to music "I love this song" I smile as soon as The Safety Dance starts to play

"it's so cheesy" Jordan laughs

"Shut up, it's not cheesy. just cause it isn't your hip-hop and rap" I smirk

"True, I will admit it is a catchy song to be fair"

"Exactly" I laugh "we should do a remake of the single album cover silhouette" I smile to Omer
