Chapter 2

Lucy's POV:

I pause the game and set up the laptop on the couch and facetime the iPad then I go upstairs and place the iPad next to the bath resting behind 2 rubber ducks as support. Don't worry it won't fall in cause my bath is super cool, it has like bricks all around and the bath in the middle if that makes sense. I get in the bath and continue playing the game. I'm literally the coolest person at this, I bet not many people have thought of this. After 10mins I pause the game to read my text

Omer: Did I seriously just see your instagram post right? xxx

Me: Yep :D xxx

"I swear if she keeps this game pause one more time I'm selling it"

I look at the iPad and see Dad picking up the remote

"Dad don't you dare turn the tv over"

He looks around startled

"The couch" I laugh

He looks and smiles "are you seriously playing from the bath?"

"Yeah"

He giggles and sits down next to the laptop so I continue to play "the language on this is appalling, why did I ever agree to this?"

I get on a motorcycle and put the radio onto my favourite station so there isn't so much bad language. I was doing so well at showing Dad my driving skills until some idiot decided to cut me up.

"What the hell man? It was my right of way" I yell

All I hear is Dad laughing hysterically.

10 mins later

"Omg....he just....he just drove straight into you.....and you....you went flying doing rolie polies in the air" Dad says in between laughs.

"Dad it's been 10 minutes, it's really not that funny"

"But it is"

"It really isn't"

"Oh but it really is"

15 mins later

"Daddyyy"

"How much this time?"

"Why do you always assume I want money?"

"Whenever you call me Daddy it's always cause you want something or to to go somewhere"

"I was only gonna say I love you"

"I love you too"

"You can turn it off once I saved it cause Omer has just left his house" I say and save the game

"Can I play it? I don't want to do any missions, just drive around"

"Sure let me discount my controller then you can connect the one by it"

"Ok"

Once he's all set up he ends the facetime and I sit back up, I'm surprised there's still a mountain of bubbles in the bath. I get dressed and take the game control back downstairs, Dad is still playing the game. What is it with boys being more obsessed with gta than girls?

"Lucy, Omer is here" Amanda calls

I run to the front door and jump up into Omer's arms "I missed you"

"I missed you too" he smiles and kisses me

"Ugh, seriously? Like really? It's only been a day"

"Shut up Manda" I smirk
