chapter 12

Lucy's POV:
Me and the sisters have just arrived at the dress shop, I have no ida what type of dress I'm looking for which really isn't helpful. I look through the dresses and pick out 3 I like. After trying them all I go with the 3rd one, it's perfect.

"Right you two, I don't want anything too plain ok?" I smile to the twins

"Ok" they smile and walk off

"Luce, what you think of this?" Paris smiles

I look at the dress and take in the details, the top is white and the bottom puffs out a little and is a light pink with floral netting on top of it.

"I love it, go and try it on"

"Lucy, we found 2" Maya says whilst walking back to me

The first one is a baby pink long dress with a black bow around it and the second is a cream/beige vintage netted that stops above the knees with a belt around the waist.

"I like the second one" I smile pointing to the one Maya is wearing "it is close to Paris's so it all matches

Back Home
"Dad is Omer around?"

"He's in the backyard with Prince"

"Ok, I'm putting my dress in your closet ok?"

"That's fine, you got one then?"

"Yeah, it's super beautiful" I smile, I put my dress in Dad's closet and head outside.

"Hey, did you have a nice time?" Omer smiles

"I sure did, how was tux shopping?"

"Well you know I don't like the full on stuff like your Dad" he giggles and pulls me closer to him "but yes we got them, Blanket looked cute"

"Aww bless him" I smile and climb onto his lap so we're doing the butterfly "you drop me and you're dead" I giggle

"I'll never drop you babe" he smiles and gently swings

"I've been thinking about Tokyo, I didn't complete the booking"

"Why?"

"I wanna take you somewhere more romantic and it's way too much to plan in a month"

"But you wanna visit that event thing"

"We can go for our 1year anniversary or something"

"If that's what you want then ok"

"It takes around 5 months to plan so I guess we're having an September/October wedding" he smiles

"Sounds like a plan" I smile and kiss him.

Late Afternoon
"So what was so important you had to tell me?" Lauren asks sitting down

"How do you feel about being one of my maid of honours?"

She stops sipping her drink and looks at me wide eyed "you're getting married?"

"Yeah" I smile and show her the ring

"Congratulations and of course I will, how many others are you having?"

"Just you and Amy" I smile and drink some of my drink

"That's good, when is the wedding?"

"Well he thinks September/October time but I'm gonna try and make it sooner than that"

"You know it takes a long time to plan a wedding right?"

"Yes but there's a problem"

"Which is?"

"In 5 months time I won't fit into my dress"

"Why?"

"Cause a mini us will be bigger"

She chokes on her drink a little "you're pregnant?"

"Yeah, he doesn't know yet though only you and Dad so keep quiet"

"Ok, when will you tell him?"

"After I had my first scan, I'm planning to give it in a shoe box cause he suddenly got a new shoe obsession"

"Oh you can blame Jordan for that"

"I keep teasing him a little saying he's like a girl just trainers instead of heels"

"That's what I do too, he actually has more trainers than I do of heels now"

After we finish our drinks we say bye and I head home again. Dad's famous so I know with the help from him we can have a good wedding sooner than 5 months, I can't wait.
