Omer's POV:
"Hello, how can I help you today?"

"Hi, I'm looking for a dog to adopt please" I smile

"Certainly, any type in particular?"

"Preferably a puppy, it's for my daughter"

"Ok, right this way" she smiles and takes me to where I'm assuming the puppies are

We arrive and I look around at the different puppies but I stop at a border collie called Molly, she's little, cute and fluffy. I read the quick sign about her and she's child friendly, perfect.

"I like Molly" I smile standing up from petting her

"Okay, if you'd like to sign some forms and then she's all yours"

I sign the forms then I pick Molly up taking her to the car and I put her on the passenger seat. "Let's get you some food and toys"

She looks up at me with her tongue out as soon as I mention the word toys, I'm guessing she likes toys. We get to the pet store and I leave the air conditioning for Molly whilst I go and get the things required for her. Dog beds have really advanced since I was little, since when was there actual mini beds for dogs? What happened to a simple coloured box? I pick the nyc taxi one cause it's pretty awesome looking even though it will end up being too small for her when she grows. I get a load of food, toys, bowls, treats and all the other things required for a dog then I finally head home.

Lucy's POV:
"Coookiieeee" Hartlyn yells pointing at the tv

"Yeah, it's the cookie monster" I smile, she likes sesame street especially the cookie monster

I see Omer arrive so I go to help him "so, where is he or she?" I smile

"She is here and is called Molly" he smiles then brings a border collie out of the passenger side

"Aww, she's adorable" I smile and pet her

"Hartlyn, come here sweetie" he calls as he kneels down on the floor

"Daddy" she smiles running out the house

"Yeah, look who's here too"

"Puppy, look Mommy"

"Yeah, can you say Molly?"

"Mollieee"

I smile and nod yeah, she is only little and was close to be fair. Her speech is doing great, she's learnt a lot of new words so you can have somewhat a conversation with her.

"Is she mine?"

"Yes but you have to look after her ok?"

"I will" she smiles and goes inside with Molly

"At least she got the name right" I smile

"Yeah, come on lets get dinner done cause I'm starving"

"You ate before you left"

"Dog shopping is hard work, worse than going shopping with girls"

"Don't be so dramatic"

"Seriously the dog bed section, there's now more options of beds styles. And don't get me started on the food section"

I ignore him, nodding and agreeing in the correct places as we go to the kitchen and I start on dinner. What is it with men complaining about shopping? I mean it's similar to shopping for us, there's different brands for the same food obviously there will be different dog food brands too cause this world isn't simple anymore.
