'You know. You're like Mama.' I mumble.

'Oh yeah?' She questions.

'Mhm,' I hum, 'Just like her.'

I drift off into a calm, nightmare-less nap, in the arms of my Scarly. My second favorite person I think. It might be a tie. I mean she's just like Mama.

Lizzie's POV:
Honestly, the feeling of working and acting again is almost unbeatable, especially after two weeks off, mainly because I was trying to let Eva settle in. And that's exactly what I mean by almost. I can't imagine my life without my little girl, the beautiful sound of her sweet giggles, the amazing feeling of holding her in my arms, the contagious smile that graces her face, and the unmatchable happiness I get from being around her. That leads me to this very moment.

When I came in this morning, I had to say a very rushed goodbye to my baby so I could make it to a meeting. A meeting in which we had a final table read for a couple scenes that I filmed almost immediately after the meeting ended. Two scenes later and I was back in the clothes I came in, and talking with a couple of Scarlett and I's friends about the movie. Yes, movie. Speaking of Scarlett, the two of us have been messaging the entire time I've been away from them. With constant updates about Eva, other basic conversations, and a few heavy topics we'll have to discuss later.

She told me that Eva fell asleep, so I didn't end up going back to them, since she said they'd come out when Eva woke up. The thing is our friends are prepared actually excited to meet her, but even though Scarlett kinda told her, we never really prepared her for it. I think if we introduce her at lunch, then maybe we can distract her from the overbearing amount of people, by the continuous struggle I've noticed with meal times. I know it's sad, but at least one thing will be accomplished.

Anyways a couple of the girls and I are seated at our normal lunch table, having just sat down to eat. I went ahead and got Scarlett's lunch since I've done it countless times before and she seems to appreciate it. As for Eva I've learned, that when she's having a difficult time with her food, just including her portion on my plate, can make it less daunting. So as of now, her food is just on my plate, and she'll be allowed to eat as much as she wants unless I need her to eat more.

Once everyone sat down, I looked at my messages, somewhat disappointed to not see something about them heading our way. That was until I heard a couple squeals, and gasps, and coos from the people around me. Confused I looked up, to see Scarlett walking in with Eva hiding behind her legs. They spotted me and Scarlett smiled as they walked over.

'Hey', I smiled at her.

'Hi, someone just woke up and we decided it was time for lunch.' She told me.

'Oh yeah, well you have perfect timing, because we just sat down. I already got your food, so you're good to go.' I informed her.

'Perfect, then I'll just grab us something to drink.' She told me, "Baby, what would you like?' I watched her ask Eva, who in turn, whined and hid further into her. I watched as Scar and her continued to talk a little about what Eva wanted to drink. Well, mostly Scarlett suggesting things and encouraging Eva to talk, even if it just ended with Scarlett picking a juice because Eva didn't want to decide.

The real struggle however came when she tried to walk away and Eva wouldn't let her. I don't think she realized that I was right here, considering that she hadn't attached herself to me yet. In all honesty, it was getting kind of difficult to not just reach out and hold her, but I had to let her adjust a little on her own first.
