Mako: Fire. You and Mako were both incredibly stubborn people with extremely large personalities, making every aspect of your relationship a bit more interesting. You were a fire bender to the core: Rash, stubborn, hot headed and extremely proud, and though you desperately tried to remain level headed, your fights with Mako were legendary screaming matches that would usually result in scorched furniture and hours in the training room to work off steam. Despite your tempers, you and Mako were inseparable. You adored each other; Mako was never particularly affectionate, but his small gestures always showed that he cared. You and Mako certainly loved each other, though you had your own strange ways of showing it.

Bolin: No element. Bolin loved the fact that you were a non-bender. Not because it meant he was stronger; quite the opposite was true, in fact. Because you had no bending ability, you had become stronger than Bolin was in areas that he was weak. You gladly pursued learning and artistic pastimes, devoted hours to philosophy and music...and you never missed a pro-bending match when Bolin was playing. Just because you had no bending ability didn't mean Bolin couldn't teach you a few moves in the practice rooms just so he could hold you close.

Korra: Air. It was incredibly surprising that you and Korra got along at all: you were complete opposites. Korra's abrasive and domineering personality was so different from your subdued, gentle nature that when she had first come to Air Temple Island you utterly despised each other. Nonetheless, you took up the task of teaching the young Avatar the ways of airbending and your differences gave way to an extraordinary affection for each other. You were logical, whereas she was rash when it came to making decisions. She was bold and you were quite introverted. You balanced each other, you decided, much like the Yin and Yang. You were always there with words of wisdom and a loving embrace after Korra found herself in times of trial, and Korra often managed some sweet gesture in return.

Asami: Water. You and Asami had the type of relationship that seemed to come straight out of a movie: You never seemed to fight, you were both crazy about each other, and you were both beautiful and successful. You and Asami met through a business transaction between her Satomobile empire and your family's own automobile company that would merge the two companies. Your father was ill and sent you to meet with Asami instead, and you had almost instantly fallen in love with her. In fact, it was almost impossible NOT to love asami; She was business savvy, incredibly fun to be with, and she was absolutely drop dead gorgeous. You are cool, level headed, and logical, and with Asami's people skills your companies managed to become the biggest power corporation in Republic City.

Tahno: Earth. Working as a pro bender on the White Falls Wolfbat team, you absolutely hated everything about Tahno: His perfectly styled hair, his air of overconfidence, his glare that seemed to freeze your soul...He was a self centered, arrogant young man that seemed to get on every one of your last nerves; But somehow, you managed to fall for him. It happened in an instant, like a lightning storm, and you even tried to deny it to yourself before embracing the fact that you had taken a liking to your team captain. He always behaved the rudest to you, hurling venomous insults or criticism at you whenever the team lost a match. You never knew why he was so cold or standoffish towards you in particular, but you didn't care: you hated Tahno. All it took was one night to change everything; One night of drunken confessions and passionate love that was almost completely forgotten the next morning after winning the regional championships. One night had completely changed everything for you, but Tahno never even seemed to care.
