Chapter Five - New friends

• So, I hope that if you're reading this it means I did something right in my story. 

The idea has been in my mind for a really long time and I was never able to put it in words... I still don't think it's good enough but I'm doing my best to make it better in the next chapters. 

Also, the drama will be put aside for a while because I don't want this to get boring.

And for the characters.. 

I've been wondering 

I see Noah just like Drew Roy. And Ann would be Shailene Woodley with blue eyes. As for Mila, I could see her as Ashley Benson.

Chapter 5

I got up from a long night of sleep and I knew I had to prepare myself for the day.

The first classes went on in a blur and I was looking forward to dance practice. After the summer break I think I needed to regain my energy.

"So you really are goind to the party tonight, right?" Mila asked me while we were in line to buy lunch.

"Yeah, I said I would and I will." I reassured her. The party would be held in a club near school.

"Guess who's going to be there?" She asked all too excited and I knew that could only mean one thing: a guy.

"Jake?" I asked already knowing the answer for the look in her eyes. My friend was just so transparent.

"Yes! He couldn't make it to the party yesterday so I saw him earlier today and asked what happened. Then he said he was at his parents house and asked me if he would see me tonight at the party!" I don't think she stopped to breath while telling me this. I wish I had this enthusiasm.

"You're soooo into him." I stated. Since last semester when she got him as her partner in a project she's all over him. While the project was going on she couldn't do anything cause 'if it don't work out the project will be ruined'. But now they are free and I bet he is into her too because A) he's a guy...A straigh one... And B) she's hot.

"Have you touched his abs?" She asked not leaving time for me to answer. "No you didn't! But I did. And he's freakin hot!' Mila said and I had to laugh. Okay, I had to admit he IS hot.

"I guess Michael's going to e there too." I remembered. Mike and I used to date months ago. He was pretty nice and had one of the most amazing eyes I've ever seen. But we weren't right for each other so we decided to be just friends.

"I still can't believe you two are not together. I mean, he is Michael Ross and he is one of the best male dancers in here!" Mila said paying her lunch. The lady in the cashier heard her and said "She's right."

Okay, since when do random people get involved in my life? I looked at her in shock.

"I've seen you two together once. He's pretty nice." The lady said. I'm very sure she meant something else by 'pretty nice' but I didn't say anything. I just told her we didn't fit together, payed my salad and got away. Weird.

As expected, dance practice was energizing and after that I needed a shower.

It was almost seven when I got ready to the party. Mila was already waiting me impatientelly so I didn't spend too much time on make up or hair, I just put on some mascara and lip gloss and brushed my hair.

The club was full of people when we got there and just after a few minutes Jake found us and called us to join him and his friends.

"Hi girls. You know Avery and Brianna, right?" Jake said and we all shook hands.
