Why did Doc send Hank
Why
Out of everyone at the base, it's Hank
Why? Just why? Why does the least mentally stable person have to go run errands? Why can't Doc do it himself? Why is Doc so demanding?
Hank, unfortunately, will never have an answer to these questions. They just had to do the work. Since it was Hank, he had to do his "shopping" at an AAHW facility. Filled with agents. And soldats. And engineers. Of course Hank slaughtered them within a short amount of time. And now he was stuck, trying to chose what to take and what not to take. The bananas? No, the hotdogs? Yes. Hank picked their way through the loot. Choosing only what Doc would want, and leaving behind all the useless stuff. After a couple minutes, Hank had a good load. So they decided to head home. Doc would be proud, right?"HANK!"
He wasn't proud
"You didn't read the list?!" He said. Hank looked at him. He hadn't actually. The list had been left behind, still sitting on the kitchen counter. Doc sighed "God, why did I choose you to go and run errands?" He said. That was exactly what Hank had been thinking. "I'll get Sanford to do it, just go to bed Hank". Doc sighed again and walked back to his office
Well, at least no psychopathic clowns and gods with a saviour complex had shown up to stop him
So that was a win
