Author's Note:Happy Valentines Day everyone!

Christoff put his head in his hands. God, he had so much work. Piles and piles of papers were on his desk, and he had to finish all of these by the end of the week. Being the head scientist was hard, but Christoff had to do this, had to. There was a loud bang behind him and Christoff spun around to see Hofnarr standing in the doorway, a huge smile on his face. "Hofnarr, what are you doing I here? Don't you have work to do?" Christoff asked. Hofnarr laughed "Of course I have work! Buts Chrissy, it's Valentines Day!" Hofnarr cried. Valentines Day, Christoff had completely forgot. "Cmon, we're gonna do something special!" Before Christoff could protest, Hofnarr grabbed him by the hand and pulled him out the room. "Hofnarr, I love you but our work-" "Fuck our work! This is our special day Chrissy!" Hofnarr cried, practically dragging his husband out of the room.

Hofnarr and Christoff were sitting in a cafe together. Hofnarr was bouncing up in down in his seat with joy. Christoff was still concerned about his work. He couldn't afford to muck around, he needed to get that work done-
"Christoff! Cmon honey, it's our special day! Don't be worried!". Christoff looked at Hofnarr, who had his hand on Christoff's. He smiled, maybe he should stop worrying so much. "Oh! I just remembered! I got you a gift!" Hofnarr said, reaching into the bag at his feet. He pulled out a small white box tied with a red ribbon and handed it to Christoff "For you" he smiled. Christoff very carefully unwrapped the box, trying not to damage what was inside, and opened it. It was a necklace. The gemstone hanging off it was red, Jeb's favourite colour. Hofnarr was beaming at him. "So...do you like it?" He said. "Oh darling....I love it!" He said, reaching over to give Hofnarr a kiss. Hofnarr turned bright red and looked away, smiling.
The rest of the day was spent walking around town, looking at things, buying things, and enjoying each other's company. By the end of it. They were standing on the top floor of the Science Tower, wrapped in each other's arms and watching the sunset, occasionally giving each other pecks one the face and neck. Today had been a great day, and Jeb couldn't of imagined spending it with anyone else
