Romina kept her eyes squeezed shut for the entirety of the ride. She had no idea where she was going - where she was being taken. Her body ached, but there was something calming about the way her body felt pressed up against Sirius'. The cool summer nights air bit at her bare skin as they drove fast through neighborhoods, but the heat radiating from him kept her warm.

Her hands were grabbing onto his shirt and only when she felt the motorcycle start to slow down did she lift her head. Her chin pressed into his shoulder blade, and she slipped her hands along his abdomen, holding onto his sides.

"Where are we?" She asked him, her wide eyes taking in their surroundings. He pulled into a driveway of a dimly lit house, one that didn't look familiar to her at all.

"Home." He spoke lowly, not wanting to be too loud with the risk of waking anyone up. His loud motorcycle would have already done that, and he didn't want to make it worse. "Well, my home. The Potter home, I mean." He started rambling, clearing his throat as he got off the bike and scooped Romina up in his arms.

She stayed silent, a mixture of relief and fear flooding her system as he took each step closer to the front door. James didn't like her much and she was okay with that. It worries started swirling in her head. Did James know he was bringing her here? Was he angry or was he okay with it? She clutched onto Sirius' shirt once more, hiding her face against his chest as the tears began.

Sirius sighed softly, looking down at her for a moment. They must be quite the spectacle to look at. A young boy holding an even younger girl who was bruised and bleeding in his arms, in the dark of night. He silently hoped the neighbors were not nosy.

"Sirius!"

The door was flung open and both James and Remus stepped out, getting them inside before closing the door again. "We were beginning to worry." James admitted with a sigh.

Remus nodded, agreeing with James.

Romina kept her eyes shut, acting as if she was passed out. She was too afraid to face the group, worried about whether they were angry with Sirius for saving her.

"Mr. Black." Dumbledore stepped out from the sitting room, Euphemia and Fleamont right behind him. "We are happy to see you are safe and sound. And even more so to see that you have gotten our little Slytherin princess here to safety." With a twinkle of mischief in his eye, his signature look really, Dumbledore walked out of the house, shutting the door behind him gently.
