"How. Did. This. Happen?!" Vishakha seethed, pronouncing each syllable clearly.

Duryodhan's nose flared up in anger. His bloodshot eyes were glaring holes in Vishakha's head. "How am I supposed to know this?" He growled, throwing away a vase in anger.

Vishakha's dark eyes followed the movement of the vase as it fell on the white marbled floor with a thud. The decorative mirrors of the glass shattered with contact to the cold floor while the rest of its gold-coated body had a huge dent in it.

Only God knew how hard it was for her to stop herself from breaking his head into pieces. But this man was a bit too useful to dump. "Who was supposed to then? Huh?"

Vishakha was doing nothing other than pouring ghee into the burning fire of hate which blazed in Duryodhan. He took long strides, reaching up to her faster than she'd expected. And in no time, he stood in front of her, towering her small figure. His hand went up, holding Vishakha's jaw in a harsh grip. "Listen to me carefully, Dwarka Kumari" He spat out his words which were coated with hate, anger, and disgust. "It is not my fault that you could not stop Draupadi from getting closer to that Arjun when you were doing nothing except sleeping with guards in Dwarka. Now that I am taking efforts to stop those two, you dare not interfere and spoil my plan which is much better than your rotten one!" Duryodhan yelled. His and Shakuni's jaw was set as the nerve in their temple pulsated.

Rage filled Vishakha's system as she glared at the two men in front of her. She was trying so hard to stop herself from driving a stake into their hearts and they won't help her either. All she wanted was to kill Draupadi. To kill her in such a brutal way that the whole world will shake and shiver in fear. And to do that, she needed to get Arjun away from her. He was like a protective wall that saved Draupadi from each problem. He was her shield. He was the reason Vishakha was not being able to kill Draupadi. But what if Arjun stops protecting her? When the bailey of a castle breaks down, it is not a big deal to hunt down the castle. But removing Arjun from her way was not something she could do. And all she needed from these two incompetent men was to stop Arjun.

She clenched her fists by her side, digging her nails into her palms, while her eyes moved in a to and fro motion from his eyes to his hand on her face.

She swatted his hand away from her jaw, catching Duryodhan off guard. How the hell did this petite lady have such strength? Duryodhan was shocked as she sent him flying from the closed-door where she was standing to the seats placed in the middle of the huge chamber. Shakuni's eyes widened as he stood up from his seat, glancing at Duryodhan who lay flat on the floor with a pale face right in front of Shakuni. "How did you do this?" Shakuni asked, feeling a dread settle in the pit of his stomach. The two looked at her in fright as she invaded their personal space. She looked different. Like the nightmare approaching them.

Vishakha no longer looked like a sane human. It was astonishing how her form changed in a fraction of seconds. Her charcoal black eyes were now pitch black as the night sky with a straight yellow eyeball. She no longer had canines; but long, sharp pair snake fangs instead. It was dreadful. She looked dreadful!

"What. are. you!?" Shouted Duryodhan, standing back on his feet. His legs wobbled because of the fear which filled every inch of his but he refused to show any of it.

Vishakha's chest heaved up and down, while her ribbon-like tongue moved inside and out of her mouth making a low, clear hissing sound. Her long, open hair turned dark, emerald green in color, and flowed freely without any help of the wind.

Duryodhan gulped as her dark gaze turned in his direction, from Shakuni's. Who the hell she was? Or WHAT was she? His eyes were filled with terror, while hers shimmered with animosity and wrath. He glanced at Shakuni, who was in a state no better than his. Shakuni's face was pale as a sheet of white paper.
