1300 hours
Zoe's lifeless body lay before me.
"ZOE!" I screamed as I ran toward her. I grabbed her arm, no pulse. I started to cry, I cried until my eyes got too dehydrated to cry. When Erica, Jawa, and Chip arrived to find me sprawled out next to Zoe's body crying. I felt a warm arm around me pulling me into a hug I looked and to my surprise it was Erica. "Ben I'm sorry, it's not your fault." "IT IS MY FAULT!" I screamed. Erica backed away shocked. "I'm sorry I just snapped." Erica looked concerned. "I wasn't strong enough to hold onto her. I have always been weak and it came back to haunt me." I said screaming. "I couldn't save her." Erica, Chip, and Jawa gathered to comfort me. The rain bore down on us as the police and paramedics arrived at the scene.
Two weeks later...
It had been two weeks of an emotional wreck for Ben. Everywhere he went he saw Zoe. He rarely went outside during those two weeks and ceased all contact with friends and family. Mike had come over after he finished his mission (This is where Mike has been the entire time) to comfort Ben. "I was too weak to pull her up." I said crying. Mike put a hand on my shoulder. "Ben it's Jenny's fault she's the one who pushed her off the building, not you." He said.
Three weeks later...
"Ben we need you to come in now." Said Cyrus Hale. I was laying in bed crying when I received the call. A couple of minutes later I was in the "idiots" office with Erica, Cryus, Alexander, Chip, Jawa, and Mike. "We have called you here because you are being assigned to track down the criminals that have escaped prison last night." Cyrus pulled out security camera photographs and revealed that all of our old enemies had escaped prison.....
