Our lips met and fireworks exploded. I was kissing Erica Hale. We kissed for what felt like days until we pulled away pushing our noses against each other staring into each other's eyes. "I've been wanting to do that for a long time Ben" Erica finally said smiling. I looked into her beautiful blue eyes and smiled. "So does this mean we are....?" She sighed looking down. "Ben I don't know if I'm ready for that" I nodded sadly. "Erica I'm ready whenever you are" She smiled "That's why I love you Ben" I turned as red as a tomato at those words. "You love me?" I asked with a goofy smile. She rolled her eyes "Yes Ben I love you" My heart started beating rapidly. "I'm sorry I didn't hear you Erica can you repeat that" I said with a sly grin. She frowned annoyed and said "Maybe I mispronounced myself" "Nono sorry Erica" I said quickly. She smiled and my heart melted.
We sat in bed talking for the next hour with our fingers linked together. We weren't officially dating but we're unofficially dating I guess. "And that's why I never liked dancing" she finished telling her story. I laughed even though I hadn't really been paying attention. She rolled her eyes "You weren't listening to anything I just said weren't you?" I nodded "Sorry I was just thinking about something" Erica shifted to concern and came closer to me. "What's on your mind Ben?" I looked at her and said "Just how beautiful you are." She turned red and looked away. I grabbed her hand and said "And I wasn't lying" She smiled and laid her head against my legs. Then she fell asleep......
Alright enough cheesy romance stuff for now (there will be lots more but I got to get back to the plot lol)
