I cleared out the library as I sat on the edge of the window seal, Jean and Holstein had waited with me as Leon searched for Crina. "You don't have anything to say?" I asked Holstein who captured my gaze, he must have known how the Prince was and that's why he never agreed to our friendship.

I was still heart broken, my eyes were dry from crying as I tried to pull myself together.

He clicked his tongue as he set himself up against the table, his eyes looked down to his fists. I think he was angrier than I was, "I'm contemplating breaking his legs over and over again right now." The peacemaker broke, even Jean's brows rose with surprise as she nodded in agreement. Holstien sighed as he ran his hands around his face and laced his fingers in his hair. "Sorry, I'm not the best example of peace, its clear he's just acting like a spoiled brat." He apologized but I didn't need him too, we all had our time with Alex to know how he was now. The again, Holstien was in more of a shock than I was, I guess he was rooting for us.

Either way now it didn't matter. I could deal with my heartbreak after we finished our work here.

Leon opened the door as a Vampire in a pretty pink sundress was shoved through the frame. Crina's blonde hair bounced as she bit on her lip her eyes turning around the room as she tried to figure out why she was here. She hugged her body tight as she innocently looked around the room, but no one would be tricked by the blonde's act. We all knew how much of a snake she could be, "You told the Prince about the Lost." I stated, waiting to see her reaction to her soon downfall.

The only way for Crina to have known about the monster downstairs was if her father said something before hand. So I knew that we would have to deal with him soon enough, but right now we intended to alienate the culprit. Crina didn't even realize what she's done, only thinking about the Prince. In the long run, she was only concerned about herself, Crina Teodorescu wanted to become the only person in the Prince's eyes. She didn't know she already was, considering she was to be his famous fiancé soon.

"He deserved to know, this is his home too. He's about to be King and everyone keeps him in the dark." She immediately ripped out of her mouth, the girl of sunshine looked up at me as my eyes pricked blue from the darkness of their brown. Ithe was itching for a fight after everything that's happened, but yet again I pulled her back. Only allowing the blue of my glowing eyes to shine.

I corrected her, running my hands down the navy fabric of the dress I wore. "That was not your place." Crina turned to the other three in the room but I was the one with the higher title, none of them would do anything even if they wanted too.

She stuttered her next couple of words, I think she was hoping Alex or someone would save her. Soon she would have a quick reality check because they only care about her because she was a Teodorescu. In some sort of way, Crina reminded me of myself when I was younger- she is almost a hundred years old so she should be more mature than me. It's clear that Vampires never truly mature with their age however, "Neither was it yours to keep it a secret from him, if you really care for him then you'll back him up." She raised her voice to me, I cocked my head to the side until her volume lowered. I didn't flinch at her accusation as I just let them roll off my back. "What happened to you loving him? Was that all forgotten about?" She asked me.

She didn't know the first thing about loving Alex, she only knew the fairytale she made up in that head of hers. If she really knew everything, she would know how desperate he is to control her- how he shows her a kind hearted world and molds it in it's own twisted way. Instead of arguing I simply asked her a question, "Tell me Crina, who are you to the Queen?" I asked, her red eyes snapped up to look at me.

"What?" The girl asked as I noticed a glimmer of hatred for me across her face. She couldn't find her answer at first, "My father is her embassy."

A toothy grin cracked under my smile, I nodded in agreement as I jumped down from the window ledge and took a step closer to Crina. She took a step back, always so afraid of me. "Exactly, you are nothing to this court. You're a pawn just to be used, I wonder what the Queen will think when she finds out that you went against her orders. As the future fiancée of the Prince she will be direly disappointed." I sounded like a politician now, I guessed my father would have gotten what he wanted all along. He forged a terrifying weapon and the Queen simply loaded the gun, "I wonder what your father will think." I added, her hatred slipping off her face.
