"Mom? Dad?"

"Yes Sophie?"

"So, me and my friends were really hoping that we could go to the Forbidden Cities for a day. We'll be REALLY careful!" I added hastily, "We are going to Disneyland, which is a fun place for kids I used to visit when I lived there, and it's really safe, and I REALLY want to go, because I miss it, and...."

"Sophie, slow down," Grady smiled, "Sandor already told us what you were planning, and we think it is a wonderful idea. As long as you are all careful, and as long as Sandor dresses like a grandma.."

Sophie laughed and hugged Grady and Edaline while Sandor sulked in the corner, "Why can't we use an obscurer, Why do I have to wear a dress, Why do these people like making my life miserable, WHY."

The next day, Sophie hurriedly scarfed down her breakfast. She hadn't gotten much sleep, but she was way too excited. As soon as she was done, she put on some of her old human clothes and raced to the cliffs. Surprisingly, Keefe was already there waiting for her.

"And how is the Mysterious Miss F doing on this fine morning?"

"You're here early Keefe, what's up?"

"I am the head of the Foster Fan Club, do I need an excuse to want to spend some quality time with you? Although, I am thinking of starting another club soon. The Batman is awesome club!"

I looked down and sure enough, Keefe was wearing his beloved Batman shirt that he got from Fitz the first time we took a trip to the Forbidden Cities. I laughed as he strutted around posing in his t-shirt (which, admittedly, did look pretty good on him...).

"You know, there are LOTS of Batman movies and comic books," I told him. "We could buy some when we go to the Lost Cities, and maybe go watch them at Dex's house if you wanted to."

Keefe looked like someone had just handed him 1000 golden tickets. "There... there are Batman movies!!!!!! Foster!!! Why haven't you said anything about this before now!! You KNOW that Batman is second only to you in my heart. This is unforgivable. Worse even than when you withheld the Snuggles from me."

"Fine then, we won't watch any of them if that is how you are going to act," I teased.

"Watch any of what?" Dex asked as he stepped out of a beam of light. "Why does Keefe look so distressed?"

Keefe was still clutching at his heart, so I answered, "Keefe is mad at me, because I didn't tell him there were Batman movies, but because he is being such a BIG BABY," I yelled in his direction, "now I am considering not letting him watch any at all."

"Oh! I've seen Batman, that's one of those human movies. After we visited the Forbidden Cities last time, I wanted to know what the logos on our shirts meant. The movies were fine, really weird though. Sophie, why didn't you tell me that my shirt was Wonder Woman?"

At that, Keefe absolutely lost it. "WONDER WOMAN??!?!!! WHAT!?!?!? Dex was wearing a t-shirt for a superhero called Wonder WOMAN!!?!? That's it, I can't even..." And he dissolved into a hysterical fit of laughter.

I was laughing so hard, but Dex looked so adorably pouty that I tried to console him, "Dex,.... wheeze, I'm sorry.. laugh.. but, but, I couldn't .... laugh... I just couldn't do that toooo you..." and then I absolutely lost it, and was soon on the ground with Keefe. Dex was trying so hard not to smile, but he eventually gave in and joined in the laughter until all of us were on the ground.

When Fitz, Biana, Tam, and Linh arrived, we laughed even harder at their very confused expressions. They turned to Sandor to ask, but Sandor was making weird choking noises under his grannie hat.

"Okay, spill. What is going on?" Biana demanded.

"DEX... laugh... WONDER WOMAN.... laugh ... SHIRT..." Keefe tried.

"You know what Biana, I think we shouldn't even ask," Tam said.

I tried to control my laughter, and after a while, everyone else was able to stop. Fitz said, "sooo, are we gonna go or are we just going to sit here for hours...?"

"Come on Fitzypoo, you didn't even want to go yesterday, why are you in such a rush? I know! Fitz secretly has a crush on the giant mouse! I knew it! And you thought you could hide it from us, didn't you?" Keefe exclaimed. "The secret is out now!"

"Mickey Mouse is a guy, Keefe," I said. "But there is a giant girl mouse called Minnie Mouse..."

"MINNIE AND FITZY SITTING IN A TREE..." Keefe began.

"Annnnddd I think it's time to go now," Tam said.

"All right, everyone gather around and we'll jump in 3,2,1..."
