Bonus chapter

This is a bonus chapter that I wanted to give you guys for me being a jerk. I know I don't upload a lot and I'm sorry. This chapter is not long but it's still something. It might be confusing and it will have a big surprise!

I watched her.

She is so beautiful. A grown women now.

She looks like her mother did when she was her age.

I wish I could talk to her, hold her, and tell her how much I miss her...but I can't.

She is safe now. She needs all the help she can get for when they come for her. I will protect her.

I turned around to leave. A branch broke. She turned in my direction and walked out of the house. I knew she couldn't see me. I was to deep in the woods.

"Who's there?" She asked, her voice trembling a little.

I moved in respond and saw her gulp. She's afraid.

I walked forward so she could see me.

"Who are you?"

I walked all the way out for her to see me. Her eyes widen in fear. My heart broke. She doesn't recognize me. She doesn't remember.

She threw the glass she had in her hand at me and ran. I ran too, but the other way.

It was a mistake coming here. I should've never let her see me or know I was here.

She stood by the door and looked outside; searching for me. She went back after she was convinced I was gone. I waited in the woods a couple of minutes until I changed into human form.

I climbed a tree and looked at her through the window. She was asleep.

With her mate. The Alpha.

I'm glad there is someone to protect her. It will be easier to fight them when they come. The more wolves, the better.

I jumped out the tree and circled the house, going from window to window until I saw the person I was looking for.

He was sitting in a chair reading a book while his mate was asleep.

He's all grown up now. He is no longer the teenager he use to be. He's a man now. He will be a good Alpha when the time comes.

I went back to the forest and changed into wolf form.

They are safe for now. I will come back when they need me.

My children...
