Sorry for taking so long. My wi-fi didn't work so I was stuck with no Internet. I almost freaked out once I saw my page was taking so long to load. I though my laptop didn't work 'cause my sister dropped it on the floor while she was using it.
But now I have it back as you guys can see. Also I wanted to say Happy Birthday to my uncle since it's his birthday! He's 25 now! :)
This Chapter is dedicated to him :)
He's such an awesome and fun uncle, even though he gets mad easily. I love you uncle!

I froze, not moving an inch of my muscles. My eyes never left his once and his never left mine. I didn't know what to feel at the moment; fear or anger. Fear that he had finally caught me, or anger at the fact that he ruined my life. He took my mother, killed my pack, and hunted us down. I will never forget what he did.
I sucked up all my fear and let the anger take over. I narrowed my eyes at him showing him I wasn't afraid of him. He merely chuckled finding it amusing. His eyes turned serious all of a sudden and all amusement left.
"Your eyes look very familiar," he muttered. He frowned, making more wrinkles than there already was on his forehead. His eyes narrowed at me in concentration. His eyebrows went up so high that they almost disappeared under his grey hair. His eyes widened and he looked like he had just been slapped in the face.
I frowned confused, not getting anything. What happened to him? One moment he was looking at me like he was ready to kill me, and the next he looks like I just slapped him. Maybe it's because of old age?
"Y-your eyes. They're exactly like Jocelyn's..." What? He stared at me for a while longer before something flashed in his eyes. He stepped back, almost stumbling over his own feet.
A deep, loud, dangerous growl that sounded so much like thunder broke the silence. The only thing my eyes saw was a blurry figure before my face was pressed against a hard solid chest. I recognize who it was from the sweet masculine smell that made me wild. One arm was wrapped around my waist and the other was holding my head to his chest. I could feel the vibration of his growl erupting from his chest.
And he says he's not overprotective.
I brought my hands up to his chest and tried to push him away. I didn't expect him to release me, but you can't blame me for trying. I gave up after a few tries and let my arms wrap around his waist instead. I did miss him.
An evil laugh echoed all around us sending Goosebumps down my arms. John's arms tightened around me and he let out a loud wolf snarl. The laugh only got louder by this. John's body shook, and I could tell he was having trouble controlling his wolf. We both knew that he couldn't just shift and attack Lucian. He wasn't strong enough to kill him and they both knew that.
"Protective aren't we?" Lucian's amused voice spoke up. I could only guess he was smirking at John to infuriate him more.
"Bastard," I muttered in John's chest.
