We waited until nighttime to take care of this. We don't want anyone around to witness what happens here. As I get out of the car, I grab my long black coat and I step out, my heels clacking on the wet gravel below me. I had to change before I came to look a little professional. Plus I wanted more of a dark vibe to my outfit.

Ice steps out of the car wearing sunglasses and I chuckle at him.

"Why the shades?" I ask, closing my door.

"Undercover." he says.

"You make a valid point." I say, reaching in the car for my shades.

We meet at the hood of the car.

"You ready to do this?" he asks me.

"Yeah. Let's go."

We walk to the entrance of the bar and Ice opens the door for me to walk in. We walk over to a table and we sit down before a waitress comes up to us asking what we want. We order drinks and I look out for my bounty.

"Did Tink have a description of this guy?" I say, looking around.

"She texted and said he's tall, he's got a tat on his neck, mafia crest. He's got dark brown hair and a lip piercing." he says. "Oh, also, his name is Swift."

"Who names their kid 'Swift'?"

"Right." Ice says.

After a couple minutes, Ice sits up and his eyebrows furrow, probably narrowing his eyes.

"What?" I say, leaning in.

"I've got eyes on him."

"Let's do it." I say.

I slowly get up and so does Ice, and I look back and there he is. There's a woman and two men next to him as they all order drinks, laughing as they stand there together.

We walk up to them and they turn around to look at us, snickering as we stand there.

"Can I help you?" Swift says.

"Yeah, actually." I say.

"With what? Funeral arrangements? What's with the black coat shit?"

"It's Prada. But we could plan your funeral in advance if that's what you want."

The group stop snickering and chuckling and their expressions go angry.

"Now. Give us the two-million dollars that you owe us and this won't get messy."

"Who are you? Caruso's collector?"

"Try his girlfriend." I say, making the group oooh and look over to the woman of the group.

"Nyla?" Swift says.

She smirks and walks up to me looking me in the face and circling me while looking me up and down. She stands back in front of me and rubs her tongue against her cheek.

"So, you're Kyzer's bitch, huh?" she says.

"That's what he likes to call me in bed, yeah."

The smirk wipes off her face and her expression turns to anger.

"Y'know you've got a lot of balls walking up to us like you own the place." she says, getting in my face.

"I own the very ground you walk on. You're lucky I haven't killed you yet because my finger is just itching to pull a trigger right now."

Ice chuckles behind me and suddenly I see her hand racing to my face.

I catch her wrist and I push her back, then she tries another one, but I block it again. She punches left and right and I catch and duck her hits, trying not to let her land a hit on me. Finally, I kick her back and I sweep my heel onto the back of her feet, making her fall to the floor. I pin her body beneath my foot and I aim my gun at her skull, looking over at Swift with a devious look, blowing my hair out of my face.

"Let me remind you that I'm wearing heels." I say.

I pull out my other gun and I aim it at Swift.

His boys tense up and start to charge for me, but then Ice pulls out his guns and he aims them on both sides of my head, making them stop short.

"You move, the three of them die. Give me my money."

He stays still and doesn't say a word.

"Give her the money, Swift!" one of him men say.

"Shut up! Let me think." he says.

I sigh, getting impatient.

"Ten... nine... eight... one." I say before pulling the trigger and shooting Nyla in her shoulder, making her scream. "Oh my... oh my god, I'm so sorry, I totally didn't mean to do that." I say sarcastically.

I look back up at him, raising an eyebrow.

"Shall I start again? Ten... nine-"

"Okay! Okay!" Swift yells. "You can take your money." he says.

"Where is it?" I ask.

"It's....."

"It's... where?" I say.

He hesitates to say it, so I start to count down again, but faster.

"Okay- five, four, three, two, one."

I pull the trigger again and it goes through Nyla's skull, making Swift's eyes shut closed.

"It's in my house! 071 Kennlet Drive, top floor!" he says, his eyes shut tightly.

"See? Was that so hard?" I say, walking up to him. "Now say bye-bye." I say, looking down at him.

"What?"

"I said say bye." I say again.

"Bye-bye?"

I aim my gun at his skull and I pull the trigger, I've doing the same as I cover my ears, since his guns are next to my head.

As we look at the scene in front of us, Ice exhales deeply, stretching his arms.

"You good?" I ask him.

"I'm fine. You?"

"Fine. You get that address?"

"071 Kennlet Drive. Top floor. Let's hit it."

We walk out and before we go, I turn to the bartender who's cleaning the bar top.

"Markus." I say.

He raises his head and raises an eyebrow.

"Could you?" I say, gesturing to the bodies.

"Of course. Happens all the time. Tell Milo and his friend I said hi."

"For sure."

We walk out and Ice nudges me.

"How do you know him?"

"Me and the boys went drinking one night and Milo's cool with Markus."

"Oh. Hm."

We get in the car and we drive to the location Swift gave us, then we go inside, we get the money, then we leave and we head home with five suitcases full of money in the backseat.

Later on, when I've got a shower, I'm sitting in bed counting money putting it in piles and writing down amounts to keep track of all of it.

I look down at my promise ring as I sit with my legs folded and I sigh, shaking my head.

"I miss you." I say, rubbing my thumb over it. "I hope you're proud of me. 'Cause I'm trying, I really am. Tell me something. Please." I beg.

Suddenly my phone rings and it's a message from my mom.

"Isabella. We need to talk."

I chuckle softly.

"Thanks a lot, babe. I didn't want to deal with that yet." I say, picking up my phone and staring at the message.

Reluctantly, I reply.

"I'm ready when you are."
