Albie asked on the other side of the line.
My eyes drop to the glass I'm holding.
"Nothing new, pampalipas oras lang naman."
"Masama na yan sa katawan, sige ka mag sisisi ka sa huli. Itigil mo na yan habang maaga pa. Hindi ka naman ganyan dati ah"
"Nagbaliktad ata mundo natin. Dati ikaw tong sinasabihan ko ng ganyan."
"Ly, just tell me if you have problems. I'm willing to listen.. Bie, sino yan?." My grip on the glass tightened when I heard her voice. "si Ly babe, pwede bang pumunta sya di--""
"Ayos lang ako.. stress lang sa work."
Ang hirap mag panggap na ayos lang ang lahat.
"Alyssa--"
"I'm fine, don't worry. Sige na, pauwi na din ako, may aasikasuhin pa pala akong contract sa company. Bye."
I ended the call, put aside my phone and drink the remaining liquor in the glass.
I hate my life.

"Wazup my dude!" Albie greeted me as soon he enters the office.
"Albie."
"We haven't see eachother, ang tagal na din."
I stand and hug him.
"Busy rin talaga, how's your business?" I asked after the hug.
We both went to the couch and sat down.
"It's doing great, may bagong putahe na sa menu."
"Really? Well, I guess I need to go there?"
I tried my hardest not to see them because it feels wrong for me to be happy for them when it's really breaking me.
"Yup, pinapakamusta ka din ni Sam."
"Ganun ba, I'm doing great naman."
"Mas matagal kayong di nagkikita. When was the last time you see eachother?"

"Now that you mentioned it, yeah, I think it was 3 months ago? After our outing?"
Hindi nga sana ako sasama dun kung sinabi mo lang na kasama mo pala si Sam.
"I missed all our hangouts, you're so busy handling your company."
"Wala din kasi akong choice eh." I reasoned out.
"Pero gabi gabi ka naman sa bar. Kelan ka titigil?" The mood suddenly changed.
I didn't answer. He sighed.
"Mamaya hah, punta ka sa restau. Iintayin kita."
