You woke up, instantly feeling the little weight on your chest. You smiled, raising your hand to pet Leaf a bit. Who would've known I'd become a mom at fiftee- no wait. I'm sixteen today!

You were so surprised at your discovery that you sat up, making Leaf's head fall off of your chest and to the floor where her body was. She didn't even flinch in her sleep. You chuckled, shaking your head. Infants.

"Anyway," you mumbled, standing up. Breakfast!

"Okay, Dalfon, have a good day," you wished, sending him off as he went to do his own stuff for the day. "You too, Heatwave, have fun. Me and Glacier are gonna look over the island since so many new dragons came."

He nodded before diving into the water.

"Alright, Glacier, let's go-"

You felt some weight on your feet and looked down. "Glacier, do you mind if Leaf joins us today?"

"Not at all," she smiled.

"Alright then. Leaf, Glacier, let's go," and you started walking. It was your routine to first walk through the whole island and then at sundown fly over it to get the whole image.

First, you headed to the south of the island since your cave was pretty much in the middle. It was also next to a wide river which cut the west side of the island off from the rest. The south of the island wasn't as mountainous but it had a lot of smaller coves.
