24~ Who Are You?

A week had passed by. Yuri was still a bit shaken up by the news of her ex-boyfriend getting engaged yet she composed herself and got back to work.

She was excited for today's evening. Jeno had texted her whether she had something on her schedule today. When he learned she had nothing on her schedule he immediately thought of having a plan with her.

Without thinking much, he invited her and Jisung as well to hangout with him and his friends. Jeno was going to introduce them to his friend group. Yuri had heard a lot about them through Jeno.

She was dressed up nicely today with her casual yet chic style. She wore a black turtle neck with some high waisted mom jeans and boots. She wore a brown overcoat on it, completing the look with minimal gold jewelry.

Yuri was in the office when Jisung entered. "Hey Yuri can I get some chocolates?" he asked. Yuri nodded not looking up from the computer. "You know where they are!"

Jisung rummaged through the drawers getting the box of chocolates. "When are we meeting Jeno by the way?" he questioned.

Yuri looked up and answered. "Today at 6pm. I'll text you once he arrives."

Jisung nodded. "Okay, Thanks for these!" he showed the box of chocolates.

"NOT THE WHOLE BOX JWI!" YURI HUFFED.

The day was going just like a normal day. For Yuri, the day was going slower than usual.

She and Jisung were on the roof having their lunch, engrossed in conversations.

"How are things with you and Iseul?" she asked taking a bite of their lunch.

"It's going good. Is it too early to fall in love? Because if not then I'm sure that I'm gone." Jisung revealed. Yuri's eyes widened in surprise. "YOU DOOO!??"she questioned. The younger hummed in response, sipping on his drink.

"WOAHHH. That's nice. I like Iseul. Nice girl she is." Yuri commented. "I'm thinking about introducing her to mom and dad after I say the words."

"Ayy, all grown up and all huh." Yuri teased him. "OMG stop it you're embarrassing!" Jisung retorted hiding behind the palm of his hands, getting flustered by his sister's comment.

Jisung's ears started turning red from embarrassment. Yuri couldn't help but laugh at his state. A loud laughter erupted from her lips, making her hold onto her stomach.

"Oh my gosh, I can't imagine how you look when Iseul teases you. I just know that she wears the pants in your relationship." Yuri commented while laughing.

"I mean I don't mind that because she probably has more brains than me." Jisung nonchalantly commented.

"I agree. I totally agree." Yuri chortled. As her laughter died down, she composed herself. Her gaze unwittingly went to the watch on her wrist. "Oh, it's already past lunch time. Let's go, I got files to complete." she said.

"Yeah yeah." Jisung retorted and rolled his eye.

The sibling duo was now back in their individual offices. Yuri got back to her work, continuing scanning the files and reports.

Yuri was busy inspecting the list of potential investors when suddenly a figure barged in her office. Nothing irks Yuri more than someone barging in without permission, unless its Jisung or her parents.

Slowly and steadily she gazed up from the paper with an unbothered face.

A woman with red bold lipstick, lean figure with curves and long black locks of hair was standing in front of her. She was tall but her demeanor displayed how discourteous she was. A cocky was expression decorating her caked with makeup face.

The woman stood with her arms crossed and eyebrow perched.

"Who are you?" Yuri asked her in an dominating tone. Marking her authority. A disbelieved scoff escaped the woman's lips.

"You. You don't know me? How stupid must you be to not know me. I'm Tak Sara, heir of Tak Holdings." The woman introduced herself, followed with an eyeroll.

"You're right, I don't know you. I don't keep up with incompetent women, if that's what you're asking." Yuri sneered.

A rich spoiled brat treated like princess and shit. Yuri thought instantly just after taking one look at the woman standing in front of her. She knew Sara wasn't here for business.

"How dare you talk so rudely to me? What do you think of yourself, spoiled daughter of a conglomerate?" Sara hissed.

"Its a surprise coming from you." Yuri hissed back and continued, "If you are done doing word vomit then please proceed to the point of your visit."

"I wanted to see who this Park Yuri is." Sara shrilled. "Ok. You saw me. Now leave." Yuri replied, unbothered.

"Also stay away from my man." Sara warned. "I don't even know who you 'man' is woman." Yuri commented, emphasizing on the 'man' as her face scrunched up in disgust.

"My fiancé, Jung Jaehyun." Sara claimed. Yuri's ears perked up at the mention of her ex's name. Irritation started flowing through her whole body. Composing herself, she replied. "Ah, so you are the mysterious fiancé. No doubt they wanted to keep you a mystery." Yuri commented with a smug face.

The comment peeved Sara. She dropped her clutch on the ground and stomped her legs, a shrill irritated noise left her mouth as she ruffled her hair.

Yuri watched this with amusement. She leaned her hip on the table and crossed her arms as she observed a crazy breakdown of the woman in front of her.

Sara's actions came at a halt.

"Nice show you put up there." Yuri commented, amused. "HEY! THIS WON'T BE GOOD FOR YOU. I'M JUNG JAEHYUN'S FIANCÉ." Sara yelled.

"At this point, are you telling me or confirming with yourself that you are the fiancé because right now it looks like the latter." Yuri remarked still maintaining her composure.

"You will suffer. I will make you SUFFERRR!" Sara screeched. "Yeah yeah, we'll see." Yuri retorted dismissively rolling her eyes.

On the cue, Mr.Kim, Yuri's secretary, entered her office with some guards trailing behind him. He deferentially approached Sara. "Sorry Ma'am but you will have to leave since you don't have an appointment with Ms.Park. If refused we shall have to follow the protocols and use force."

"You. You cannot talk to me like that." Sara replied crudely to the elder. "That woman's nuts. Just take her out already." Yuri instructed. As on the call, the guards held the either side of her.

Sara started thrashing under their grip asking to leave her.

"Mr.Kim, we should get a pest-control done. Insects have started entering the cabins now." Yuri jabbed, pointing towards Sara.

The elder secretary stifled his laughter as he joined the guards who were now dragging Sara out of the office.

The door closed soon and silence surrounded Yuri. "What a relief." she mumbled while rubbing her forehead.

"Typical Jaehyun, still living under the commands of his father." Yuri mumbled and clicked her tongue, immediately getting back to work.
