If you dropped a pin, you would definitely hear it in the now hushed room.

Only the sharp intake of breath from the king made a single noise.

Tubbo dropped a piece of chocolate on the floor as he looked from Eret back to Tommy.

Did we just mess this whole thing up?

He wondered, looking towards Ranboo for any hints to where the direction of this conversation was heading. Ranboo just shrugged, clueless himself.

Tubbo squirmed in the silence, the eerie quiet crumbling him more than it should.

He hates the quiet. He had been in silence for all his life. It terrified him and worse, it hurt him.

"So quiet, too quiet, eerie silence, so quiet, too quiet, eerie silence, so quiet, too quiet, eerie silence, so quiet, too quiet, eerie silence," he mumbled, tapping his finger as he tried to stop the ringing in his ears.

The stupid ring, the ringing of bells, the ringing of marriages, the ringing of silence, it all just overwhelmed him. With each breath he took, the tempo grew faster and his words quickened in pace, slurring a bit not being able to keep up with the tongues movements.

He knew Ranboo was there but he just couldn't hear him, or Tommy, or anyone. It was all just a beckoning, destructive silence.

Swept by the oceans of his thoughts, he sank deeper into the water of his mind, all noise blocked from his world. He hated it and he was begging it to stop.

On the outside, all they could see was a little goat, bleating loudly, a crazed look in his eyes.

 "Tubbo? Tubbo, respond! Come on!"

Ranboo tried going near him but flinched as he snapped his jaws, bleating even loudly. He then began chewing the chair he sat on, bite marks appearing all over the velvet fabric on top.

Tubbo knew that he was having a bit of a breakdown right now.

Of course he was used to them but not about doing them in front of others. He was never comfortable letting his true feelings or thoughts wiggle out of his heart and into the reality of the world and into others peoples eyes.

Besides, he was the one who had to help everyone else, he didn't have time to waste on himself. He began banging his head on the table, a heavy thud coming from him as he hit his head against the furniture. He began chewing on anything, more teeth marks appearing on the decor around him.

He's stressed...

Tubbo pulled on his ears and began bleating even louder, the noise venturing into the hallways and all the way throughout the castle.

He was twitching uncontrollably, his whole entire body trembling. His anxiety had gotten the better of him and he had finally collapsed.

The weight of their futures were riding on all their shoulders. they had to master their abilities in only a short time span and had to reconnect once again and even revisit old trauma.

That's when something pierced through the mute ocean, a trident of noise.

He heard something, or rather someone, begin bleating along with him, making the same goat noises as him except just a slightly deeper tone. He felt as if he could understand the incoherent sounds and looked for the source of the noise.

He saw the old goat man kneeling in front of him, ruffling his hair as a way to soothe him. It felt strange to him. Tubbo never had anyone help him, he was the one who usually helped everyone else.
