Today's story is about a Season 3 issue known as "The Day when Megami Saikou crushed Shadow Stephanie's soul in a million pieces", or better said, the day when the Princess Victoria Deluxe Doll was beheaded by Megami Saikou.
And from that issue, we got the Masked Cultist and Fallen versions of Shadow Stephanie as her way of coping with the unimaginable, aside from the introduction of President Naomi, Lillia Sayamura, and Yandere Kuku to the stories.
But what if Shadow Stephanie wasn't the insane one? What if Megami Saikou was the one going insane after the doll got beheaded? Well, based on Mr. Krabs' issue with the Squeaky Boots, this story shall take this different set of events.
And just like the Squeaky Boots episode, we may have our version of The Tell-Tale Heart.

Megami Saikou: *Sigh* Another day of serving justice against Ayano Aishi and her little Yandere friends.
Taro Yamada: (On a phone call) {"I'm sure you'll be regretting making your actions against Shadow Stephanie's doll."}
Megami Saikou: It had to be done for the safety of everyone in our school.
Taro Yamada: {"If you say so. Just know that the guilt of dragging down innocent people will come for you when you least expect it."}
Megami Saikou: What could I possibly regret from beheading a simple toy?
Taro Yamada: {"I wouldn't call that a simple toy, Megami. To Shadow Stephanie, it was more than a simple toy."}
Megami Saikou: She can always buy a new one. Toys can be replaceable, you know.
Taro Yamada: {"Well, I'll leave you to your sleep. I have some issues to deal with with my sister Hanako."}
Megami Saikou: Goodbye. (She hangs the call) Shadow Stephanie will move on from this issue, I'm sure about that.
(She goes to sleep)

Megami Saikou: ...Where am I? I was dreaming of something else.
(She sees something ahead)
Megami Saikou: ...Is that the Student Council's Office?
(She walks ahead)
Megami Saikou: What's Aishi doing in my office?
Shadow Stephanie: (Crying her heart out)
Megami Saikou: Oh, it's just the flashbacks of that day.
???: You would wish they were just flashbacks.
Megami Saikou: ...Who's there?!
???: Do you not recognize my face? You tore my head off. Does it ring a bell to you?
Megami Saikou: ...You can't be the Princess Victoria Deluxe Doll! That's just an inanimate object!
Beheaded Princess Victoria Deluxe Doll: Your guilt and remorse made me manifest in your memories.
Megami Saikou: How would I be remorseful of doing what I know that was done for the greater good?
Beheaded Princess Victoria Deluxe Doll: Then you won't mind that I stay in your mind for a few days, will you?
Megami Saikou: I'll just ignore you during these few days until you go away, then.
Beheaded Princess Victoria Deluxe Doll: Let's see for how long you can ignore your feelings, Megami Saikou.
