Ah, Anahuac 11. A place filled with quirky characters that interact with each other, and maybe argue with each other as well. Kinda like Fernton Apartments, but with quirkier people than Monika Taylah Koshkinberg's workplace and home.
What could be going on for these people on a fine day like this? Let's see that for ourselves.

Bandana Waddle Dee: I can buy those candies, Your Highness.
Samantha Magdalena: No. Camelia must do so for not sharing with me!

Lil' Cyclops: (Behind a tree) This was her idea since the beginning, Poisy.
Poisy Clops: Why are we even spying on them, anyway?
Aliena McGoo: We dislike him, Poisy. We do this so Toxia isn't alone in his evil claws.
Lil' Cyclops: Shush. Before they hear us.
Lúcio: So, how's life treating you here?
Toxia Clops: Good, thank you. Some of my neighbors fight with each other and all, but they're good people.
Lúcio: Considering who some of your neighbors are, I feel worried about you.
Toxia Clops: Oh, don't worry, they're not bad people.
Lúcio: What about Aliena? Does she still dislike me?
Toxia Clops: Sadly, she does... But she said she wouldn't meddle in our little time together.
Aliena McGoo: Honestly, Toxia could do so much better without him.
Lonely Boi: I agree.
Poisy Clops: ...Where did you come from?
Lonely Boi: ...Isn't this the "Spying on Lúcio" Club? I just wanted to be part of a group for once...
