A Reunion with the Unemployed King of Fighters Characters!

Today's story is about the unemployed characters from the King of Fighters series that haven't been called to recent games of the series, whether they are the King of Fighters XIV, SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy, or the King of Fighters XV.

And well, we have quite the number of characters to be used in this King of Fighters-themed reunion. From various generations of the series, and even some guests from the other series that are made by the same company.

Even though many of them came back for the King of Fighters All-Stars game, that's a mobile game and it's not part of the Shun'ei Saga of the series. It's kinda like the Smash Ultimate or Fire Emblem Heroes of the King of Fighters series.

Well, let's get started!

Sylvie Paula Paula: Ah, nothing like the house that saw my debut! How I've missed this place!

Mian: I see we invited other characters as well.

Alice Garnet Nakata: Sylvie! Mian! How have you been doing, friends?

Sylvie Paula Paula: Hi, Alice!

Mian: How have you been doing?

Alice Garnet Nakata: I've been doing fine, thank you.

Cosplayer Kyoko: Ever since the Xbox 360's generation was over; I've been excluded from these games... And my only ticket to come back in SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy was canceled...

Alice Chrysler: You think that's bad? Nakata replaced me as a playable character from the Fatal Fury series...

Alice Garnet Nakata: Well, we could be sisters now that you're alongside us!

Nakoruru: Hello, am I late?

Sylvie Paula Paula: Nako-Nako! I'm so happy to see you!

Love Heart: (Frowning)

Alice Garnet Nakata: Why are you frowning, Miss Sky Pirate?

Love Heart: I won't be having an appearance in a new game at all... Tag Team Frenzy was my last ride on this series...

Mui Mui: It's the same case for me...

Cosplayer Kyoko: Why?

Love Heart: My character's license was sold.

Mui Mui: Mine as well.

Alice Chrysler: ...That's bad...

Love Heart: Thanks for inviting me. I appreciate that I made friends during my time here.

Mui Mui: Anyone wants some meat buns?

Nakoruru: I'm a bit hungry... Thank you...

Purple Nakoruru: You know why the weather has been so unbearable lately? It's Mother Nature's revenge against humanity! They have damaged her so much that she will now destroy humanity with everything she's given to them!

Alice Chrysler: ...Who is this girl?

Nakoruru: Friends, meet my evil version. Her name is Purple Nakoruru, and just like me, she cares about the environment, in her "special" way...

Purple Nakoruru: Sometimes, Little Nakoruru, you gotta do things aggressively. A little aggressiveness never hurt anyone.

Mian: ...Are you sure about that?

Orochi Shermie: I agree with the Evil Nakoruru. A little aggressiveness is always welcomed into these tournaments.
