System Failure

We were walking on this path and I saw a rock slide in the distance

“There must've been a rock slide, any loud noise could cause-” Bow was cut off by Adora shouting "FOR THE HONOR OF GRAYSKULL"

“That was extremely dangerous! She-Ra could've caused a rock slide.” Bow said while running up to them.

“But she didn't okay? I've spent my whole life without powers, no way am I gonna stop using them now!” Adora replied.

“Wait watch out!” Bow said trying to warn Glimmer and Adora about the trap, but she thankfully walked past it

Adora placed her hand on her head and shut her eyes.
“Are you okay?” I asked
“Yeah, yeah, I just- I'm fine.” she replied hesitantly.

I was standing next to Glimmer who was excitedly waiting for Adora to break down the door with her sword

I heard Bow yell out to us but it was too late and we started falling
We were screaming our heads off, first Glimmer landed, then Adora and I landed on Adora
We all groaned in pain
“Bow! He's all alone with those robots!” Glimmer said panicked
“Mhm, but shouldn't WE get out first?” I asked
“Oh yeah, you're right. HOLD ON!” Glimmer yelled

We teleported to a small room
“Uh, is this out?” Adora asked

We teleported to the edge of a cliff and we all clutched onto each other
Glimmer groaned in annoyance

We teleported in the sky and we started screaming

We finally teleported back
I was in She-Ra's arms and Glimmer was on She-Ra's shoulders
“Okay! NO. MORE. TELEPORTING.” I yelled
“I agree” the blonde said

We see a figure crawl out of the air duct
“Not again” Adora said annoyed
“Princesses! I'm saved!” Entrapta exclaimed

“Princess... Entrapta?” Glimmer said hesitantly
“I mean- So good to see you!”

*Timeskip*

“Entrapta!” She-Ra yelled.
She jumped on the bot and hit it, Glimmer helped Entrapta down
“Adora! You can stop hitting it now!” I yelled to her
She didn't respond

I made my way up there quickly
When I looked at Adora she didn't look like herself, her eyes were red and the blue stone in her sword wasn't blue anymore, it was red too

Shera tried to attack me but I dodged, I thought I had it under control until she elbowed me in my stomach

I hit the wall and slid down
My breaths were short, my vision was fuzzy and I couldn't think straight

I got up, scratch that, TRIED to get up but failed
My body was in so much pain, Glimmer sat Adora down next to me, but she was unconscious
Entrapta started rambling about how Adora became shorter, how I didn't die

“WAIT Y/N WAS SUPPOSED TO DIE?” Glimmer shouted.
“I'm fine, I promise”
Adora was laying on my lap, I got scared that she wouldn't wake up
I checked her pulse and I was steady

I heard mumbling and I looked down
“Y/n! There's 2 of you, that's nice” she said in a drunk voice
“How are you feeling?” Glimmer asked
“Just peachy”
“We have to get to your lab and destroy the disc, she's getting worse!” the sparkly princess said.

I picked up Adora and after a lot of running yelling, resting, almost dying we finally made it to her lab.

“Oh we're here. I mean of course we are here! We were never lost” Entrapta said.

Entrapta hummed while typing in the code and it electrocuted her, Adora was about to touch Entrapta but Glimmer stopped her.

“Oh that is so smart! And awful, we're all going to die” the purple haired princess said.
“I could try teleporting in the lab” Glimmer offered
“Ohhh, teleportation! Tell me everything” Entrapta said while taking out her notepad.
“Maybe after we're not facing a robot uprising”
“It's a date!” the purple hair princess said clapping her hands.

Me and Adora sat down and she leaned against me, I didn't mind though.
Glimmer teleported back and looked like a mess.
“What happened?” I asked.
“The lab is full of bots, I couldn't get anywhere near the disc”
“How did they look?” Entrapta asked.
“Pretty evil”

*Timeskip bc im lazy*

We made it inside the lab, Adora was next to me the last time I checked, but as soon as I looked up she was yelling
“Hey, guys, I found the robots!”
Glimmer teleported the 3 of us on the big tank thing.

After some struggling they finally got the disc turned off, we teleported back, I still had my hand on her shoulder but I didn't notice.

“Thank you former tall one and companions, it would be an honor to join your rebellion” we all hugged and walked out.

When we were walking I held my side not even noticing what I was doing, Glimmer noticed and asked.
“How are you feeling?”
“I'm just tired, so why don't we head back to Brightmoon asap”
“No, I meant-”
“I said I'm tired, that's all”

I heard whispering and a gasp.
“I HIT YOU?” Adora yelled.
“Well, uh, kind of? Yeah, but it's okay, I'm okay” I said looking down avoiding eye contact with her.
“No, it's not okay! Do you realize how much damage I could've done? I was in my She-Ra form when I hit you”

“Don't blame yourself, it's not your fault” I say
“But it is my fault. It was ME. I hurt you” she said in a quieter tone
I hugged her and she hugged me back
“It was the disc, not you! Besides, I know you'd never hurt me on purpose, please don't blame yourself”
“I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you” she said in a breaking voice as she was holding back tears.

“I know you didn't mean it. Let's catch up with the others, I really want to go home”

*The Woods*

The pain from the bruise was killing me, so I lifted my shirt up a bit. I saw the bruise, it was really dark and it hurt alot but I couldn't do anything about it. I notice Adora is sitting on the log.

“Why aren't you sleeping?” I ask her in a quiet tone, because it was almost 10pm and almost everyone was asleep because today was really tiring.

Adora stayed quiet, so I moved closer, I held her hand and I asked her again
“Adora, what's wrong? Are you mad at me?”
“Why would I be mad at you?” she asks quietly .
“I don't know, but why are you here and not in bed? It's almost 10pm”
“I don't want to hurt you again. I don't deserve you, you've been nice to me the moment I met you, but all I did was hurt you in return”

“Don't say that. You deserve everything good in the world. Everyone is under a lot of stress right now, but that's okay. We'll all figure it out together, you have so many people that care about you! All of us will always support you no matter what and if they won't support you, then I will.”

Adora stayed quiet, cause she didn't know what to say. She spoke up after a good 20 seconds.

“Thank you, Y/n, for being here. I'm so grateful that you're my friend” she hugged me and I hugged her back.

“Let's go sleep, I've been running off of 4 hours of sleep all day so I'm really tired”

“Okay, let's go”
