I read over the texts Gigi sent to Emiliano from my phone. I stare up at his smug smirk and shake my head at him
"You are actually 12 years old." I gape at him, amused by his approach to this situation.
I'm so happy at how he's reacted to this situation though. If I were to have told my brothers, they'd fucking lose it. They'd be so angry, for days- weeks even- on end. And I know it isn't true but, I would blame myself for their anger.
I would find a way to hate myself for making them feel that way.
Gigi though... he didn't explicitly show his anger, though I knew it was definitely there. He just showed me the love I lacked from Emiliano, not amplifying his emotions into his own.
Men who actually have emotional intelligence >>>>
"Oh yeah? Well 12 is 69 in dog years." Gigi smirks, crossing his arms like he did something, making me giggle at his attitude, only proving my point further.
Andreas and Mateo had left about 10 minutes to go pick up Astrid from the airport.
It took me a whole 10 minutes to actually convince them both that I'm fine and shove them into the elevator.
When Andreas asked Mateo to go with him to get his mom, his face legit lit up. Gigi had to cover my mouth with one of his hands so I didn't let out a squeal and ruin their moment.
"69? Oh my god you're right, is that a grey hair!?" I tease, looking up at his hair hanging messily over his forehead. His expression changes and he looks down at me in shock.
