After we finished putting her grave together pope said stressed out
"I just don't get it. I mean, you guys saw the map. He hides his gold so no one finds it for 170 years and then he sends a message to his son Robert to come here to his mother's grave, but the message never gets to him. Denmark wanted him to find the cross. I know we're in the right spot. It just feels like--" he was cut off by JJ saying
"Like we missed something? Guys, come here" JJ said while getting on top of the van and pointing at a hole in the tree.
"That looks like--" JJ started but kie cut him off.

"The painting in the island room."
"It's worth a shot, right?" JJ asked
"Yeah" i answered
"Let's do it" jb said
"Go for it" JJ told kie
"No chance" kie said
"Then you cupcake " he told me
"You do it!" Sarah said
"I.. i went in the storm drain so..." i said
"She did go in the storm drain so." Pope said
"Yeah, no. I'm gonna do it. It's just..." JJ said while trying to put his hand in but not doing it.
"He's scared" kie whisper shouted
"I'm not scared, dude." JJ said
"You seem scared " i told him.

He finally put his whole arm inside( why do i think this sounds sexual?💀)
"There's something in here-" jj said and then chuckled
"Wait." He said while his arm started to get pulled and he started to scream in pain.
"JJ"
"OMG"
we started to yell, me and kie we're trying to pull him away but it wouldn't work
"FUCK, J" i yelled stressed out.
He started to laugh.
I rolled my eyes

"You asshole" pope said annoyed
"Oh, man! I got all of you on that one." He said while still laughing
"Unbelievable " i whispered still being annoyed
"Wait, but seriously, there's something in here." JJ said serious while pulling out something from the tree.
"Let me see it." Pope said and JJ handed the metal thing to him.
JJ jumped down to the ground while i sat on the van. He grabbed my hips and i jumped down with his help, i gave him a reassuring smile and a light nod.
"HMS Royal merchant " pope read out loud

"Give it to the captain. Here we go. It's a spyglass." JJ said while opening it up and looking through it.
"There's something on the ends." Kie said
"An inscription eight there. Look at that shit." John b said excited
"Oh, what does it say?" JJ asked while we alls miled in excitement
"You've come this far. Do not falter. The cross is on the Freedman's altar." Pope read out loud.
"The cross is at the church" pope yelled excited

"What are we doing here,guys?" JJ yelled
"We got it!" Pope yelled.
The boys did their Woogity-woogity thing and we all got in the car.
We started to drive over to the church.
Half way there the tide picked up and it was now a huge pool of disgusting water.
"Ah, crap. the tide" JJ said
"That doesn't look good" pope said
"How deep is that?"kie asked
"I dunno. The road's gone." John b answered while he stopped the car.
"Tide rose faster than i thought it would." JJ said

"Just a little bit" i said sarcastically
"Uh, john B, how high are the spark plugs?" JJ asked.
Jb paused for a second before answering
"They're good. We're fine."
"How high are they?" Pope asked
"Oh, um... just above the taillight. John b answered
We all stod quiet until pope asked
"Okay, so that's, what? Three feet?"
"That's three feet, yeah" JJ answered
"It can't be three feet deep" kie said
" then what's the problem?" John b asked
"Not a proem. No we're good. We're  good. She'll make it" JJ answered
"You sure?c" i asked
"Yeah" he answered

"Yeah. Ladies and gentlemen, fasten your seat belts. Hold on to something. We're going into hyperdrive." John b said.
JJ pulled me onto his lap and held on tight to me.
"He meant to something from the car" i told him while laughing.
"Imma do a qick prayer" JJ said
"Three, two, one." John b said while starte to try to drive.
We we're all screaming while jb started to drive.
"HOLY SHIT"
"YOU GOT THIS"
"COME ON"
"WHOA!"
"FASTER!"
"SPEED IS YOUR FRIEND, JOHN B." JJ kept yelling.

We finally almost made it through and we all started to cheer.
"YOU GOT IT! YOU GOT IT!" JJ yelled.
All of the sudden john b took a sharp right making the car break down in the middle of the water.
"Ah, shit!" Sarah said
"Fuck"i said
"No, no, no, no, no, no, no," john b said
"I think we miscalculated " pope said
"I knew i should've driven." JJ said

♤Fast foward♤

We all got out of the car and the water reached up to our knees.
"Okay, maybe we can walk from here." Pope said
"What? And leave the Twinkie? The... the tide's coming in." John B said
"So then what are we supposed to do?" Sarah asked
"Not stay here." JJ said
"I can take my dad's truck." Kie suggested
"Kiez are you sure?" John b asked
"You don't have to" i assured her
"How much worse can it get, you know?" Kie said

"We need something to pull her out with. There's the winch at the chateau.
That's like, two miles." JJ said
"Yeah, that's a good idea." Sarah saud in agreement
"If you're gonna do it, let's go, okay?" John b said
"All right" kie said
"Tide's coming in. Twinkie's going underwater." John b said.
Me, kie and jj got out of the water and were headed to kie's parents house.

♡Fast foward♡

We arrived after what felt like hours and JJ looked through the windows to see if anyone was there.
"He's not there. We're good. You sure you wanna do this, a little Dad Theft auto?" Kie asked
"No" kie answered
"All right, here we go" JJ said.
Kie went in the house while me and JJ waited outside for her to come back.
"You look pretty today" JJ told me
"Thanks, you Don't look too bad yourself " i said jokingly while putting my head on his shoulder.
After a couple of minutes kie came outside and threw the car keys at JJ. He catched them and we got in the car and drove away.
