The delegation is held twice a year where all leaders in every district will meet up and gathered around. The meeting also has strict rules that need to be followed by everyone. First, leaders should not bring more than 2 escorts. Second, leaders should not bring any weapons inside the house while the meeting is in progress. And the third is respect for the other members. Leaders will be summoned to discuss each opportunity area in their district, they will also discuss their profits and the benefits of their platform.
The six men wearing their best suits are all seated at the round table facing each other. There is a silent competition amongst them, acting high and mighty to one another. Liam sighed, this is the reason why he doesn't like to be a captain. He hates to be a part of these self-congratulatory, super fake masses. When the council offered him to be a captain before, he decline the offer and they pass it to Harry. That was also the time he met Louis.
"Liam, where's Harry?" Tony asked across the table with that arrogant face while he puff the smoke of his cigarettes.
"He's having his period." He replied which he earns a laugh from everyone. As much as he can, he wants to avoid any conversation with this man. He saw subtle anger written in his face as he stared at him. Then he smirked and whiff another smoke. The next thing he said made Liam clench his hands.
"How about your bitch, Louis?"
A conceited smile and curl of his lip formed in Tony's face when he was able to hit him in his weak spot. Suddenly, the air becomes tense inside the room as both men refuse to take off their stare at one another. If there is a person in the room who can tie up an equal power as Tony, it will be him. Liam tightened his jaw, holding his outrage. The air just tones down when Markus enters the room with his assistant and starts the meeting.
After the conference, everyone moved into a much larger room for a short wine and food party where they can talk to each other and have time to get to know more of their colleagues. However, Liam is getting bored and this is part where he does not want to participate. So he slowly walks away from the others while he enjoys his wine alone and just waits for this tedious party to end. But he got interrupted.
"Getting bored?"
Liam sighs and rolls his eyes when Tony approaches him. "Yeah.." He simply replies.
It's written all over your face, you're not good at this. But Harry is good in this type of gatherings."
This time he didn't answer and hoped he'd walk away. Tony notices that he's trying to ignore him. But he becomes more persistent.
"How is he?"
"He's good."
Tony smirks. "Really? Has he already moved on? Is he enjoying his life?" Tony chuckled sarcastically. "He's not fucking his own people right? I mean that guy can fuck perfectly good mann! I'm tellin' yah."
Liam grips the wine tight. Hoping by doing it his anger will subside. He kept his mouth shut.
"He's not seeing someone right? I bit he can't forget how I touch him.."
