My wife has been on tour for 7 months and is supposed to be coming home in 5 months. We have two kids together. There's Freya who's 6 and noah who's 3 and she even took Rose on as her own. She always treated her the same. She always used to call her her number 1 girl before me. She was an amazing mama to Rose. That was what made me fall for her more. I haven't heard from her this week. She usually rings once a week to keep in check with us all since she knows that we will worry. I just had to keep up a strong front for the kids. I couldn't let them see me break.i was worried about her all the time. I had Lizzie and her husband Robbie over for dinner as my parents had the kids. They wanted to give me a break from hiding all of the worrying.

"Hey are you OK Scar?" Lizzie asked me softly breaking me from my thoughts.

"Ye..yeah I'm fine." I said as I continued cooking dinner. I tried to stay strong but with it being Lizzie I didn't have to hide anything because she just knows when I'm not feeling the greatest. "I'm just really worried about Y/N. She was supposed to call two days ago and she hasn't and I don't know what to think." I said as the tears started to fall. Lizzie hugged me in a tight embrace and told Robbie to finish cooking which he did. He reminded me of Y/N when she would usually do anything that I had asked of her. She would steal the moon if I asked. We sat and ate in a comfortable silence before we watched a movie in the living room. I was sat cuddled up next to Lizzie while Robbie sat in a chair.

"I'm gonna go home. You should stay here Liz." Robbie said as he picked up his things.

"No honestly I'm fine you two." I said as I stood up.

"No Scar, you're not fine but that's OK. Lizzie will stay here to keep you company because I know you don't want to be alone in a big empty house." He said as he gave me a soft hug before he kissed Lizzie before leaving.

"Well I guess I'm staying." Lizzie said with a smirk.

I was really thankful to have them both in my life. I'm thankful to all of my friends and family really. We both spent the rest of the night watching movies and eating junk food. Lizzie made sure that she took my mind off worrying. We both ended up falling asleep on the sofa and woke up the next morning with a bad back. I groaned as I sat up and noticed the time. We had to get ready for work. Once we were both ready, we left for work. I was still worried that I hadn't heard off Y/N but I'm sure that she'd probably just got no signal or is on a mission that is taking longer.

Once we had been to hair and make up and on set ready to do our scenes. As we were in the middle of a scene security came with two MPs. The look on my face dropped as my heart shattered. I knew that this was going to be a hard visit. Once they had spoke with the director lizzie came up to my side.

"Are you OK Scar?" She asked me concerned.

"I don't think so. When they come it can only mean one of two things." I said with a shaky voice as the director called me over. I walked over slowly trying to avoid the inevitable but I know that it won't work. Lizzie held my hand as we walked up to them

"Are you Mrs Johansson?" One of them asked while I just nodded. "If you could follow us, we need to speak somewhere private." They said as we made our way to one of the conference rooms. We all took a seat before anyone broke the silence.

"She's dead isn't she?" I asked them with tears in my eyes.

"I'm sorry for your loss. But Captain Y/L/N and her unit was infiltrating an enemy building, once they found out that it was rigged to blow it was too late. She managed to save a young petty officer using herself as a shield. Your wife is a true hero." They said softly before they left. Once they were gone I broke down in lizzies arms. My whole world had just come down around me. I lost the love of my life. The mother of my children. I don't even know how to tell our children. I know I need to get Rose back from her dad and the other two from my mums.
