The detective greets them both.
Uffe and Annika have been waiting patiently.
'Julius would never kill his wife,' Annika blurts out.
Without listening, Nakia looks around.
'Your holiday has turned into a disaster.'
Annika nods, 'I never hoped to see this day.'
Again Nakia looks far off.
'Karina's death just does not make sense.
We have known Julius and Karina since they met.'
'Moscow is looking for answers.'
Nakia says it to himself and sighs.
Until now, this murder has been very dull: insipid.
'Do you know their children?'
'Yes,' Annika smiles, 'Four very clever children.
The girls are all just lovely, and then Penn...'
This takes Nakia by surprise.
'Girls? I thought they had four boys?'
Annika shakes her head, 'There's only one boy: Penn.'
Detective Nakia is somewhat shaken.
Could the killer have been a woman?
It is too soon to draw such bold conclusions.
Nakia turns to view Uffe.
Until now, he hasn't said a word.
'Is there anything important you would like to add?'
'It is definitely not Julius.'
Uffe looks at Annika; she nods supportively.
'However, Karina did act strange the night she died.'
'How so?' Detective Nakia asks.
'She looked overwhelmed, she was somewhat irritated.
And she continually kept on looking over her shoulder.'
