Back off

I smile and kiss him, he kisses me again and I blush

"We should go before someone else comes down" I say and quickly wash my cup. We go back upstairs
"Are you saying?" He asks, jokingly

"Go to bed" I say and push him away. He kisses me before running back to his room. I smile to myself and fall into bed. I roll on my side and fall asleep.
"Wake up" Pepa says in a sing-song. She pulls out of bed and hands me a white tank top and a flowy green skirt with three layers and a slit on the side. I pull on the shirt, it's a v-neck and tight around my ribs, the straps are thicker, I slide the skirt on, the slit stops half way up my thigh. The actual skirt stops at my knees, Pepa hands me my normal shoes and starts doing my hair. She puts it in a braid and pulls out the front bits. She hands me a simple silver necklace and I put it on.

"Aye" She says with a bright ass rainbow over her head. She pulls me into a hug and starts kissing my cheeks. "I used to wear stuff like this when I was your age" She says and leads me outside. Felix is fussing over something on Camilo's clothes and I smile. Pepa and I walk down and I sit down for breakfast. I cross my right leg over my left and plate myself. Camilo sits down and Alma stands up. She starts telling everyone what they're to do today.
"Camilo entertains the children, Y/n helps Agustine and Felix with decorations" She says and I nod. After I finish Dolores takes my dishes and I walk into the closet and grab a box of decorations. I walk down to town with Agustine and Felix and dig through the box. I start decorating the lamp posts. Nobody's lit them yet since it's not dark but I stand on a stool and wrap yellow and orange streamers around them.

"Y/n?" Felix asks and I turn
"Yes?"
"Camilo's treating you alright?" I smile softly
"Of course, I'm very lucky" He sighs with relief

"Good, good, Pepa and I are very happy that you and him are together. You seem to bring out the best in him and make him happy" He says and I know he means it

"Thank you" I smile and he turns back to decorating. I hear yelling and see Agustine running towards us

"Bees" He says, putting a very swollen hand on my shoulder

"Aye, come one" Felix says "You'll be okay Y/n?"

"Si" I call and they walk up to Casita. After I finish one more lamp post I hear someone clear their throat behind me. I turn, the stool in my hand
"Hola" I smile
"Hey" A boy says, he is taller than me by about five inches. He has wavy brown hair that is swept back, he has a strong jaw and thin lips. His nose is hooked and he has blue eyes. He's significantly lighter than most of the people here.

"Can I help you?" I ask putting the stool down

"What are you setting up for?" He asks and I stand on the stool.

"There's a festival tonight, everyone is town is welcome to come" I say and he smirks at me
"Will you be there?" he asks and I turn and start wrapping streamer, I roll my eyes
"I will, are you new in town?" I ask trying to change the subject
"Yeah me and my sister moved in" he says pointing to a girl who is staring at Camilo. 

"Well welcome to the Encanto" I say dryly

"Thanks" he says and I step down, I wobble on the stool and his hands go around my waist. I smack his hands off me "I'm fine" I mutter and jump off the stool. I see Isa growing plants and flowers along the path and I step off. He follows me and I go to the fountain, streamers in hand. I start wrapping it around the base of it and rip it. I then take small candles and put them on the fountain.
"Do you need help with anything?" he asks

"I'm good" I say and start placing bigger candles along the path. He keeps following me "Do you need anything?" I ask impatiently

"Can you give me a tour?" I fake a smile

"Sure, when I'm done" I say and walk around the path.
"I'm Tyler" He says

"Y/n"
"Y/n, that's a pretty name" he says and I walk along "a pretty name for a pretty girl" I glance at him and shoot a fake smile his way. Tyler places his hands on my waist and pulls me against him.

"What the hell?" I ask and push him away from me

"Come on!" He exclaims "You were sending me signals" I gawk at him
"As if!" I say and he rubs his neck and walks towards me. I back up and bump into the edge of the fountain. "stop" I say, heart pounding and he leans in

"Y/n I-" He starts when he's pulled away from me. Camilo glares at him

"When she says stop you stop" He growls

"Dude back off"
"Stay away from her"

"Or what?" Tyler challenges. 

"Or you'll regret it"

"Is she your girlfriend or something?" Tyler scoffs and his sister walks up to us

"Hi Milo" She says sweetly. The fuck?
"Milo?" I ask and she nods

"Yeah he was showing me around town, he's so sweet" She gushes and I look at Camilo, he's still staring down Tyler

"Isn't he?" I ask, squishing his cheeks she nods eagerly "which is why he's taken" I say and wrap my arm around his waist. Both of their expressions drop and I look up at Camilo, he smirks and puts his arm around my shoulders and kisses my hair.

"He didn't tell me" She says

"Yeah, we try not to advertise it but when creeps hit on my girlfriend I get a little protective" Camilo says with a laugh

"So take this as a warning" I smile and wink at the girl, her mouth drops open and I walk away with Camilo. I scoff and turn to Camilo, he smirks at me

"He's taken?" he asks 

"Shut up" I say and hit him in the arm

"If you want to ask me something?" He trails off, wiggling his eyebrows.
