I sat on the bench at the park waiting for hours. Being the person I am, I tried calling multiple times and texted him as well. Finally I got fed up but then Jack finally appeared. "Yo Iris!" Jack smiled. He twirled his staff and smiled.

"You're late." I sighed.

"Don't stress it." Jack chuckled.

"What exactly happened to you?" I asked.

"Life's what happened. So what did you want to talk about." Jack said.

"You know what, forget it. Maybe my sister was right." I sighed.

"Hey! There's a pretty girl!" Jack yelled. He ran over and started to flirt. What happened to him? I decided to find answers and flew to North's workshop. Pounding on the door, Bunny opened the door. Pushing past him, I stormed into North's personal office.

"Hey Iris." North smiled.

"Hi Santa." I smiled.

"Did you keep those teeth clean?" Tooth asked as she came in. I nodded.

"Alright Tooth, I need to have a chat with her. We'll be right out." North ushered her out. Once Tooth left, North turned to me.

"If you don't mind me asking, what happened to Jack?" I asked.

"I dunno what happened. Something about missing you and he changed." Coming in, Bunnymund said. I nodded.

"I'm gonna go talk to him." I sighed. I flew to wear I saw him last.

"Jack?" I called out. He came up behind me and chuckled. Setting his staff down, he tapped my shoulder.

"You wanted me?" Jack asked.

"Yeah, I want to talk to you." I said.

"So what is it?" Jack asked.

"What happened to you?" I asked.

"I'm sorry Iris, I just missed you. I didn't know what to do." Jack said.

"That doesn't mean you can act like a self appointed jerk!" I started getting mad again.

"Well I know but you don't know how hard it is to leave!" Jack yelled at me.

"Yes I do! My heart was ripped out when I found out my sister is part of the cloud spirits! And y heart was torn apart when you left! I have the same feelings about you leaving!" I yelled back.

"I don't care about that!! You need to learn to grow up!" Jack yelled.

"Says you!!" I growled.

"What do you mean by that?" Jack asked.

"You're the kid here, I'm more mature then you." I argued.

"Whatever bitch." He growled.

"So now you're gonna start swearing?" I asked. He growled. In the next second, my head jerked to the side. Jack had slapped me and then walked away. I looked down. This was meant to be a happy day for us to see each other again. 'He's gone back to his old ways.' I thought. But he would never slap me. Not even if he hated me again. He wouldn't hate me enough to slap me. I sighed and looked around.

"What am I gonna do?" I asked myself.

"See what I mean by he's nothing." Nathalia said. I turned around and growled.

"Just because we had an argument doesn't mean I'll join you." I said.

"I didn't come for that. Just to tell you I told you so." Nathalia smiled and disappeared. I headed to the workshop and went into one of the training rooms. If I really wanted to focus my energy then I would have just concentrated on the fact that Jack was being a real jerk. I did hours of training to get my powers to work correctly, who knew that Jack was watching the entire time. Sighing, I took a break for awhile and pulled out a piece of paper. Starting to draw, I ended up stopping because I realized I drew a picture of me, Danny, and Jack. Tears were on the verge of crying but I wasn't giving in. Drying my tears away, I finished coloring and then went back to training. Didn't ever realize Jack was watching.
