Chapter 3: Going To Be Fine

I helped SilentEars carry Steve over to the medicine den with me, all at the exact same time too, as I could hear the freaked out, and the bit of a voice of some sort of panic from behind me from ShiloWing, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I could possibly do in the mean time, as I knew that what it was that was going on around the camp right now was in fact quite a bit stressful at that.
It did not help as to the fact that ShiloWing was being the way that she was right at this very moment in time as well, as it kind of seemed like she was causing even more panic than I had even wanted there to be in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time too, though I also felt like I could not blame her, as though I was not all too sure as to just what had even happened just yet, he could very well die from blood loss.
He was already unconscious, as I could tell, as at the very least I was glad that he was not dead yet, as we began to start to head right in to the medicine den, all at the exact same time as well, as I could see that MintNose was in fact waiting for us right now, all at the exact same time too, as it was clear to me that she had in fact heard as to just what it was that had even been going on in the camp in the very first place any ways, before it was that we had even got to where it was that we were even at right at this very moment in time too.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus more on the fact that I felt like had to do with me needing to just keep my mind, and keep my focus on the fact that before it was that any thing else was to happen right now, as I knew that we needed to make sure that Steve was safe in the medicine den, so that MintNose could work on him first, before she worked on ShredFang and SilentEars, all at the exact same time as well, at that, none the less.
I did my best to try to keep my self calm, as I could hear the panic in the voice of ShiloWing right now, as I then all of the sudden began to start to drop Steve off beside a moss pile, right in the medicine den, as I saw that MintNose was already right up on him, as she had already turned him on his belly to see what it was that she had to help him with right at this very moment in time as well, as well as the fact that I saw that she already had cob webs with her at the go.
It was clear that my mate had learned a lot from the time that she had in fact spent with LimpFoot, as I felt like I could only wish for LimpFoot to be here right now, but I also knew that MintNose knew as to just what it was that she was doing, as I knew that I had my faith in my mate right now, all at the exact same time as well, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time too.
Just as soon as it was that I felt like I was relieving my self of all of the stress, and all of the pressure, all at the exact same time as well, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to see that a cat began to start to scurry passed me all of the sudden, as I was quite a bit lost as to just what it was that was even going on right at this very moment in time, in the very first place any ways, at that, all at the exact same time too.
I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus on the fact that I realized that the cat that had in fact done as such a thing like that of course was ShiloWing, as I had not yet forgot as to the fact that she had in fact been right behind me and SilentEars, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, once again.
Just as soon as it seemed like she was about to head right on to the unconscious body of her mate Steve, that was when all of the sudden, it almost seemed like with some sort of powers, all at the exact same time as well, that SilentEars stepped in front of her way, to block her all of the sudden, as that would completely ruin as to just what it was that MintNose was doing to stop the wounds, and to stop the bleeding, all at the exact same time as well, on her mate, at that.
I let out a bit of a soft sigh of some sort of relief to my self all at once, as well, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to see, all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, as to the fact of course that had to do with ShiloWing being very upset as to the fact that SilentEars had in fact stopped her from going over to her mate, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
SilentEars seemed to shake his head at her, all at the exact same time as well, as I could tell that he was in fact trying to calm her down, and trying to get her to stop with what it was that she was doing right now, but that did not seem to be working what so ever, all at the exact same time too, as she simply just seemed to ignore him, and continue to try to sneak her way around him, all at the exact same time as well, which I could tell did in fact annoy SilentEars quite a bit, at that.
SilentEars then all of the sudden began to start to squint his eyes at her, as he then all of the sudden began to start to go right on ahead and begin to start to speak to her all of the sudden, as even I too did in fact being to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say to her in the very first place any ways, at that.
"Stop! MintNose knows what she is doing! You would only be hurting your mate!" He said to her, as he did his best to try to stop ShiloWing with just what it was that she was even doing right at this very moment in time, in the very first place any ways, at that, as I began to start to breath in quite a bit to my self at once, as well, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I did the exact same thing that he was doing.
That was of course the fact that he was blocking the way of her, as it was clear that she did not really want to hear as to just what it was that he even had to say to her in the very first place any ways, as she was too blinded by the fact that she was worried about her own mate right now, to even care as to the reality of just what it was that he had even said to her, all at the exact same time too, at that.
I began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self all at once, as I began to start to stare at ShiloWing right in to her eyes right now, all at once, as I could clearly see that she had quite a bit of an angry look on her face right at this very moment in time as well, as it was clear to me that she was not all too happy as to the fact that we were stopping her from her mate right at this very moment in time as well, at that, none the less.
How ever, once it was that she had in fact seen my face, it seemed like she had in fact began to start to relax her self for some odd reason or another, as she then began to start to stop with what it was that she was trying to do on the fact that she was trying to get around us, and get over to her mate right at this very moment in time as well, as I saw her look at me for just a few moments at first, until she then all of the sudden began to start to look over to SilentEars, all at the exact same time as well.
I saw her seem to stare at her for quite a bit of some time, as she began to start to squint her eyes at him, all at the exact same time as well, as it was quite a bit clear to me that she was not at all happy with just what it was that he was even doing right at this very moment in time any ways, but it was clear at the very least that she was going to stop with what it was that she was even doing right now.
ShiloWing let out quite a bit of a heavy huff, all at the exact same time too, as she was clearly not all too happy with just the way things seemed to be going right now, but in the end how ever, she did in fact begin to start to go right on ahead and begin to start to speak back to SilentEars, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to listen as to just what it was that she even had to say back to him in the very first place any ways, my self.
"MintNose is not a she cat! Do you really think we can trust her?" She said, as I saw that she had a bit of a strange and a bit of an odd smirk on her face, as she poked her head around, to see as to just what it was that was going on with her mate, and what it was that was going on with MintNose, who was the she cat that was in question right at this very moment in time any ways, at that, never the less.
I was quite a bit not very happy as to just what it was that she had even said if I was not going to lie to my self either, as I knew that for one thing, MintNose had a bit of a soft spot for things like that, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that she could get hurt by words quite a bit easily, all at the exact same time as well, as I was tempted to turn my head over to my mate at that, as well, to make sure that she had not been too hurt by that.
I did not do as such a thing like that how ever, as I did not want ShiloWing to take advantage of me like that, and sneak around me, all at the exact same time as well. I breathed in a bit of a heavy sigh to my self all at once, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, at that.
I felt like ShiloWing had a bit of a fair point, but at the exact same time too, even though I knew that MintNose, my mate, was not a medicine cat at all, her self. I knew that she knew what it was that she was doing, and I knew that she was capable of that fact she could do the job alright, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to let out quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self once again, at that, never the less.
I stared out in to the darkness for quite a bit of some time, as I then all of the sudden began to start to shake my head a bit to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to squint my eyes over to ShiloWing, all at the exact same time as well, which I could tell that she some how seemed to notice right away, as it had seemed like she had been paying attention to me from the corner of her eyes, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
As I continued to stare at her for a bit longer, as soon as it was that I had in fact began to start to see her turn her head back over to me, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to speak to her, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that I was in fact fairly certain as to the fact that she was in fact listening as to just what it was that I even had to say to her in the very first place any ways.
"MintNose knows what she is doing a lot better than you do..." I said to her, as I kept my eyes squinted at her for quite a bit of some time, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to notice that ShiloWing then began to start to roll her eyes at me for some odd reason or another, as if this was some sort of joke, and that she was not taking me seriously what so ever, at all right now. I was not all too sure as to just why that was even the case in the very first place any ways, but I began to start to realize that it was time to cross the line right now, as I then began to start to continue to speak to her, all at the exact same time as well, this time in quite a bit of an angry voice all of the sudden. "Look... I am the leader of this clan! You need to respect my decisions! Leave the den now so MintNose doesn't have to worry about you whilst she is tending to these cats wounds..."
I blinked my eyes a few times as soon as I had said it, as it was quite a bit harsh as to just what it was that I had even just said in the very first place any ways, it I was not going to lie to my self either, but I also kind of felt like it had been needed to be said, all at the exact same time too, as I kind of felt like she had left me with no such sort of other choice, as I saw a bit of a hurt look on her face, which I felt quite a bit bad for, even though I knew that I should not feel bad for it.
I was just doing my job as a leader, and I knew that MintNose knew what she was doing a lot better than it was that ShiloWing did of course, and if she did in fact really want her mate to still be alive by the end of this, than she best let her mate be treated by MintNose, all at the exact same time as well. It made sense that she might not have all too much faith in her, but she at least knew as to just what it was that she was doing a lot more that it was that ShiloWing did in fact.
I just let out quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self, all at once, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus on the thoughts that more or less kind of felt like it had to do with more of the fact that I needed to get my mind off of her, as I felt safe to turn my head away from her, as soon as it was that she had in fact left the den, as I was fairly certain at this point that she wouldn't put the extra effort in for all of that, all at the exact same time too.
I let out quite a bit of a rough sigh to my self all of the sudden, all at once, as I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to turn my head over to my mate all at once, all at the exact same time as well, to see as to just what it was that she was even doing right at this very moment in time, in the very first place any ways, as I just did my best to try to keep my self calm, as I then all of the sudden began to start to breath in quite a bit deeply to my self, all at the exact same time too.
I just kind of shook my head a bit to my self, as I then seemed to stare at my mate for just a bit of some time, as she some how seemed to have some sort of calm and quite a bit of a relaxed look on her face right now, even with all that had even just happened a few moments ago, all at the exact same time as well, as I felt that it had in fact been quite a bit strange, all at the exact same time as well, as I kind of felt like I needed to get my mind, and I needed to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
I just kind of began to start to breath in quite a bit softly to my self all of the sudden, as I then all of the sudden began to start to heard the voice of some other cat that had all of the sudden began to start to speak up from not all too far away from me, all at the exact same time as well, as I blinked my eyes a few times all at once, and I then all of the sudden began to start to turn my head over to the tom cat all of the sudden, as I then began to notice that he just so happened to be ShredFang of course.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I just seemed to stare at the tom cat for quite a bit of some time, all at the exact same time as well, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff, and I then all of the sudden just began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus on the fact that it kind of felt like had to do with the fact that he was in fact speaking right at this very moment in time too.
I shook my head a bit to my self all at once, as I then all of the sudden began to start to blink my eyes a few times, all at the exact same time as well, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I then all of the sudden began to start to go right on ahead and begin to start to nod a bit to my self all of the sudden instead, as I then all of the sudden began to start to listen as to just what it was that he did in fact have to say to all of the cats that were even in this den with him right at this very moment in time any ways, at that, none the less.
"She is such a strange she cat... I will never get that cat..." He said, as I saw that he still had his head turned over towards the she cat right now, as I saw that she was staring from out side of the den from not all too far away right at this very moment in time as well, almost as if she could see us all, and she could hear us all right at this very moment in time as well, as I saw that she had her eyes squinted at us, all at the exact same time as well.
I began to start to breath in quite a bit to my self all at once, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that was not the case what so ever, as I knew that I did in fact need to calm my self down quite a bit, all at the exact same time too, as I did my best to try to get my mind, and to try to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, once again, as I then all of the sudden just began to start to calm my self down all of the sudden.
I knew that she could not see us as it was far too dark in side of the den right at this very moment in time too, as I also knew that she could also not hear us either, as she was far too far away right at this very moment in time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to breath in quite a bit to my self all of the sudden, as I did my best to try to get my mind, and to try to get my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff, as I then all of the sudden began to start to hear the voice of another cat as they all of the sudden began to start to speak, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
I turned my head over to the cat, as I knew that it was in fact my mate MintNose that was in fact speaking right at this very moment in time too, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should even do at first, all at the exact same time as well, but in the end, eventually I did in fact begin to start to stare at her right in to her eyes, as I was trying to let her know that I was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that she was even about to go on ahead and start to say in the very first place too.
I felt like it would in fact make her feel quite a bit better, as I felt like it might have a lot to do with her problem right now, as I felt like she might not think that I was listening to her voice, and that I was not listening as to just what it was that she even had to say in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time as well.
How ever, much to my surprise, it did not seem to be like she was paying me all too much attention at all right now, which had me quite a bit confused my self if I was not going to lie to my self either, as I just kind of tilted my head a bit to my self all at once, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus off of all of that other stuff that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, once again.
I gulped some spit down my mouth all at once, all at the exact same time as well, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should even be doing right at this very moment in time any ways, if I was going to be for real with my self, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on once again.
I continued to stare at my mate for just a little bit longer, until in the end, I then all of the sudden just seemed to cave in to it all, as I just let out quite a bit of a soft sigh to my self all of the sudden, and I then all of the sudden began to start to listen as to just what it was that she even had to say to all of us, all at the exact same time as well, none the less, once again.
"You're telling me..." She said back to ShredFang, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to see her begin to start to finish off the patches that she was even doing to Steve right at this very moment in time as well, as if she had not said as to just what it was that she had even just said in the very first place any ways, at that, none the less. I was not all too sure as to just what it was that she had even meant by that if I was going to be for real with my self either, as it felt quite a bit strange to me as to the way that she had said that, all at the exact same time as well, as it almost seemed like she had a little bit of a different meaning as to just what it was that she had even said to him in the very first place any ways, at that, none the less. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at once, as I then all of the sudden got my mind, and I began to start to get my focus back on to her once again, as I then all of the sudden began to start to hear her begin to start to talk, just as it was that I had in fact seen her do just a few moments ago, once again, as I then did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that she even had to say to us all once again, at that. "Well... Any ways... I am done with Steve, so you 2 can come on and go ahead and get your wounds checked out..."
She said to them all, as the both of them seemed to blink their eyes a few times over towards her, almost as if they were a bit surprised as to just what it was that she had even said in the very first place any ways, as I saw that ShredFang had a look on his face, like he had too much pride, all at the exact same time as well, and it was that he was acting like he was fine, which he very well could be besides just a few scratches and bruises, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, for all that I knew.
I just kind of let out quite a bit of a grunt to my self all at once, as I saw that from the corner of my eyes, that MintNose all of the sudden began to start to roll her eyes over to the both of the tom cats, all at the exact same time as well, as she then all of the sudden began to start to reach her self closer to the both of them all of the sudden, to make sure that she could in fact go on ahead and start to treat their wounds, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
Even if ShredFang felt like he was fine for now, I very well did in fact know that the simple cuts that he felt like he had right at this very moment in time, could very well turn in to a sick cut, and it could end up killing him in the end, which was for sure not some thing that we wanted what so ever, all at the exact same time as well, none the less, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, none the less.
I did my best to try to calm my self down all of the sudden, either way, as I just kind of began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self all at once, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I was even doing right at this very moment in time as well, as I just seemed to stare at all of the cats that were in the den right at this very moment in time as well, as I did in fact see that my mate was in fact taking care of the wounds of the cats that had in fact just got attacked in that little skirmish, all at the exact same time as well.
I still was not all too sure as to just what it was that had even happened in the very first place any ways, if I was not going to lie to my self either, but I also kind of felt like it was besides the point, and that it was not any thing that I really needed to be all too concerned about just now, as I knew that I had to keep my focus on the fact that MintNose did in fact need to make sure that they were in fact okay before all was said and done.
I seemed to stare at her for a little bit longer, as I then all of the sudden began to start to remember ShiloWing, and Steve, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to turn my head over to Steve, all at the exact same time as well, as he was one of my clan mates, and I for sure want to make sure that he was okay before it was that all was in fact said and done, all at the exact same time as well.
It seemed like Steve was still breathing, as far as it was that I could tell, as it had seemed like he had simply passed out from all that had gone on with him, all at the exact same time as well, at that, none the less, as I began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at the exact same time too, all at once, as I began to start to turn my head back over to my mate, all at the exact same time as well, just to make sure, and just to make sure that things were in fact in the clear right at this very moment in time as well, never the less, once again.
I looked over to MintNose, as I could still see that she was taking care of the other tom cats that had not ended up nearly as bad as Steve had thankfully enough, none the less, as I saw that they seemed to be okay, as I felt like I was more worried for Steve right at this very moment in time as well, at that, none the less, as I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to go right on ahead and begin to start to speak to her, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
As I waited for her to turn her head over to me, she did not, which did in fact make quite a bit of some sense, as that was due to the fact that she was too busy taking care of the other 2 cats that were still with me right at this very moment in time as well, as I began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at tbe exact same time as well, as I just began to start to continue to speak either way, to matter what it was that was the case at that, none the less.
"So... Is Steve going to be okay?" I asked her, all at the exact same time as well, as I kind of felt like, all at the exact same time as well, that I did in fact kind of need to check in, and that I needed to make sure that every thing was in fact going to be okay before it was that I felt like I was going to do any thing else, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that MintNose was not our medicine cat, and that she should not be alone in all of this, all at the exact same time too.
I began to start to breath in quite a bit to my self all at once, all at the exact same time as well, once again, at that, never the less, once again. I felt like things were in fact going to be fine, and that I needed to be okay, as I knew that I was in fact the leader of Windclan, and I felt like I did not need to be as freaked out as I was right at this very moment in time as well, as I knew that no matter what it was that was the case, and it kind of felt like no matter what it was that was in fact the circumstance either way, all at the exact same time as well, that I needed to show why I was the leader of Windclan.
As I seemed to just begin to seem to continue to breath in quite a bit to my self for just a little bit longer, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to notice that all of the sudden, my mate then did in fact begin to start to turn her head away from the cats that she was treating right now, all at the exact same time too, and I then all of the sudden began to start to see her begin to start to nod to me all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, which did in fact seem to calm me down quite a bit if I was not going to lie to my self either.
As I stared at my mate for just a few moments longer, that was when I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to nod back to her all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, to let her know that I was in fact paying my fullest attention as to just what it was that she was even about to go right on ahead and begin to start to say to me in the very first place any ways, one again.
As I stood there and stared for just a little bit longer, that was when I then all of the sudden begin to start to hear her begin to start to speak to me, just as it was that she had clearly been planning on doing long before now, once again, as I then all of the sudden began to start to listen as to just what it was that she even had to say to me, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
"Yes... They are all going to be fine..."
