Chapter 8: Make Some Decisions

I looked at the small she kit, as she was a very strong, and she was a she kit that was not afraid of us clearly, besides the fact that she had in fact hid at the very least, which any young kit should do at a time like this, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
I did in fact feel kind of bad for scaring her the way that we had, as it was kind of more FlameClaw that had scared her more than it was me, just because of the fact that he had hissed at her. Though I also kind of felt like I could not blame him for it, as it should be his natural reaction when ever it was that a cat flew past us.
It was probably too fast for him to see all too much, as I was sure that it had scared him as much as it had scared her, all at the exact same time as well, as I kind of just began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self all of the sudden, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, either way.
As I stared at her for just a little bit longer, that was when I then all of the sudden finally began to start to open my mouth to the young she kit all of the sudden, as I finally felt like I had in fact thought of some thing to say to her, all at the exact same time as well.
As I nodded to the she kit, I then all of the sudden saw her quickly nod back to me, as well. It did in fact let me know that she was in fact paying attention to me right now, which did in fact make me feel a slight bit better about of course, never the less.
I breathed in a bit of a soft sigh to my self all of the sudden, as I then all of the sudden began to start to speak to her, all at once, now that it was that I did in fact begin to start to realize that she was in fact beginning to start to listen as to just what it was that I even had to say to her either way, at the exact same time too.
"Look... We really are sorry for scaring you... We can get you some prey if you want us to..." I said to her, as I saw that she seemed to just stare at me with quite a bit of a blank look on her face for quite a bit of some time, as it seemed like she was a little bit lost in her head at first, but in the end how ever, she did in fact go right on ahead and begin to start to tilt her head over towards me, as it seemed like she was a little bit confused as to just what it was that I was even talking about right at this very moment in time as well, never the less. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, as it was clear that she did not know as to just what it was that I had meant by prey, as I suppose that would make sense, considering she was a kitty pet after all. I kind of let out a bit of a heavy sigh to my self any ways, before it was that I did in fact begin to start to continue to speak to her all of the sudden, once again, as I knew that she was in fact still listening as to just what it was that I even had to say to her, never the less. "You know... Like a mouse, or a rabbit?"
I looked at her right in to her eyes, as it still kind of seemed like she was in fact a little bit lost as to just what it was that I was even getting at right now, in the very first place any ways, still, as I saw that she still had her head tilted over towards me a little bit. I kind of just blinked my eyes a few times towards her, as I was not all too sure as to just what else it was that I should really even say to her.
I had assumed that was why it was that she had come out here in the very first place any ways, as that was always what it was that I had dreamed of when I had been her age, as a kit. I had always wanted to go and see what it was that a mouse, or a squirrel might taste like. The first time that I had tried one, it was better than even I could have possibly imagined.
I kind of shook my head a bit to my self how ever, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden got my mind, and I got my focus back on to the she kit, Stallion, all at the exact same time as well, as I heard a bit of some noise come from her that did in fact confuse me quite a bit.
It seemed like she was gagging, which confused me quite a bit, as to just how it was that she might think that the normal dry food the a she kit like she was to eat, would be better than some fresh prey, all at the exact same time too, once again. I began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at once, as I then all of the sudden began to start to hear her continue to speak to me, once again.
I turned my head back over, as I was a little bit lost still, as to just what it was that was even going on with her right now any ways. How ever, I did in fact get my focus and attention on her still, either way, as I did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that she even had to say to me, in the very first place any ways.
"Ew! A mouse! That sounds nasty!" She said to me, as she looked like she wanted to puke on the spot, which kind of made me almost want to laugh, if I was going to be for real with my self as well, as I did my best to try to stifle one in, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
FlameClaw, from the corner of my eyes, I could tell that he was not going to hold his laugh in at all, as he then all of the sudden began to start to burst out laughing, all at the exact same time as well, as it was clear that he too felt like what it was that she had said was funny, as I was sure that he too at some point had eaten some dry food, and he knew for a fact that it was the most nasty food for any cat to ever eat, all at the exact same time as well.
I began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self all of the sudden, as I did my best to try to get my mind, and to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, none the less. As I stood there with quite a bit of a blank look on my own face for just a little bit longer, that was when I then all of the sudden just kind of shook my head over to the young she kit.
I could tell that she still was a little bit upset at the fact that FlameClaw was laughing at her, which I had been worried about due to the fact that I knew that kits did not like it when ever it was that an older cat laughed at them, as it seemed like they felt like they knew a lot more than the older cats did, all at the exact same time as well. I was not going to lie to my self either, I had kind of been that way when I had been younger as well.
I breathed in quite a bit softly to my self this time how ever, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of those thoughts all of the sudden. I instead got my mind, and I got my focus on the fact that had to do with more or less, the fact that I knew that she was in fact paying attention to me right now, luckily enough for me, I suppose.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could either way, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind on the fact that I was in fact going to speak to her still, which I did in fact begin to start to continue to do, now that it was that I did in fact realize that she was in fact listening as to just what it was that I even had to say to her, all at the exact same time as well, none the less, once again.
"Have you ever tried one before? Don't knock it til you try it!" I said to her, as I saw that she seemed to stare at me with quite a bit of a blank look on her face once again, just as she had done a few moments ago. How ever, in the end, I then all of the sudden began to start to notice that the blank look had now all of the sudden began to start to turn in to a bit of a look of guilt all of the sudden, for some odd reason or another, never the less.
That kind of told me all that it seemed like I had needed to know for the time being at the very least, as I looked over to FlameClaw, as I saw that he did in fact begin to start to roll his eyes over towards me. It was clear that he too felt a bit bad for the young she kit, for just what it was that she was missing out on, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
I kind of just shook my head a bit to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to turn my head back over to the young she kit, all at the exact same time as well, as she once again began to start to get my attention on to her, all at the exact same time too, none the less.
I stared at the young kit with a bit of a blank look on my face, mainly due to the fact that I was not all too sure as to just what else it was that I should really be doing right now. It did not seem to bother her at all how ever, as she just began to start to continue to speak to me either way. I breathed in a bit of a soft sigh of some relief to my self, all at once, as I then did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that the young kit even had to say to me in the very first place any ways.
"Well I mean... No... But it just sounds nasty..." She said to me, as I saw her put her tongue out all of the sudden, as it was clear that she was being for real right now, at least on the fact that she had never tried one before. That was some thing that was a little bit different from me and her when I was a kit, as I knew that I could not wait to taste my first bit of fresh prey.
I felt quite a bit bad for the young kit as well, if I was going to be for real with my self, as I felt like she was missing out on a lot, all at the exact same time as well, none the less. I also kind of felt bad about the fact that I was talking to a kitty pet, all at the exact same time too, as I knew that I was kind of breaking the rules that I had in fact just helped to put in to place.
I did not like those rules how ever, and I felt quite a bit rude if I was going to be for real with my self as well, as to the fact that I was going to scare her off, all at the exact same time too. I kind of felt like every cat should have chance to see what the wild was like, as I knew that we all had been kitty pets, and that we all had been rogues at one time or another, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
I kind of turned my head to FlameClaw all of the sudden, as I expected him to be a little bit upset at me for some odd reason or another, due to the fact that I was in fact more or less breaking the rules that I had in fact just put in to place, all at the exact same time too, none the less. How ever, when I looked over to him, I noticed that he had a bit of a look on his face like he was excited as well.
It surprised me for just a few moments, until I then began to start to remember that my own clan had not been all too happy with the rules that I had made, all at the exact same time too. I knew that they too wanted to bring other cats in with open arms, all at the exact same time as well.
Besides, I was sure that I could make up some sort of story for the young kitty pet, all at the exact same time too, if it came down to that. Though, I also kind of felt like I was getting far too ahead of my self, as I felt like she could have parents, and that she also might not even want to know what the life out here is like in the very first place any ways, none the less.
I began to start to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at once, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus back on to FlameClaw all of the sudden, at that, none the less, as I then all of the sudden began to start to remember as to just what it was that I had been planning on doing a few moments ago, in the very first place any ways.
Once that all seemed to come back to me all of the sudden, that was when I then all of the sudden let out quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self all of the sudden. After that was all said and done, I then all of the sudden began to start to nod to FlameClaw, all at the exact same time too. I wanted him to know that I was in fact about to speak to him, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that I did in fact have plans for the tom cat.
It was clear that FlameClaw seemed to be a little bit lost in his head at first, at that. How ever, in the end, I did in fact see him go right on ahead and begin to start to nod back to me all of the sudden. It made me feel a little bit better at the very least, that he was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that I was about to go right on ahead and say to him, all at the exact same time as well.
Once I did my best to try to calm my self down, and try to calm my nerves down a bit, all at the exact same time too, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to go right on ahead and speak to him, all at the exact same time as well. I also knew that FlameClaw was in fact listening as to just what it was that I even had to say to him in the very first place any ways, so I felt like there was nothing to worry about in those regards, never the less, once again.
"FlameClaw... Would you please go out and try to catch some thing real quick for this young kit?" I said to him, as I saw that at first, he did in fact go right on ahead and look like he was about to nod back to me, to let me know that he was agreeing on what it was that I had in fact just said to him. That was when, how ever, he then began to start to stop him self, and he began to start to grow a little bit of a worried look on his face, all at the exact same time too. I stared at him with a little bit of a blank look on my own face for just a few moments, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that was going on with him right now, none the less.
I began to start to tilt my head over to him, as I began to start to wonder if it might be due to the fact that he was beginning to start to remember what it was that I had said to all of the cats that were at the last gathering, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to dip my head down, with quite a bit of a guilty look on my face, all at the exact same time as well.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, though I could not help but to think that this might not be all too good of an idea, all at the exact same time as well, as I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self all of the sudden, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I once again had been thinking on long before now.
As I stared at the dirt that was in fact below me, all at once, that was when I then finally began to start to hear the voice of FlameClaw, all at the exact same time too, as it was in fact quite a bit clear to me right now, that he was in fact finally going to go right on ahead and start to speak back to me, all at the exact same time as well, as it was clear to me that he was in fact about to respond as to just what it was that I had said to him, none the less.
I kind of just stood there for just a little bit longer, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus on the thoughts that had to do with me needing to pay attention to him right now, as I then all of the sudden began to start to blink my eyes over towards him, all of the sudden.
It was clear that was all that FlameClaw seemed to have needed, as he then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to speak back to me, all at the exact same time too, as I did my best to try to get my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, as I then all of the sudden began to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say to me in the very first place any ways, at that, never the less, as he did in fact begin to start to continue to speak to me, all at the exact same time as well.
"What about the clan? Don't we need to put the clan first?" He said to me, as I looked at him a little bit confused at first, all at the exact same time as well, as to just what it was that he had even said to me, none the less. That was when I then all of the sudden began to start to roll my eyes over towards him all of the sudden, as I was a bit lost as to just what it was that he was even getting at right now.
As I stared at him for a little bit longer, that was when I then all of the sudden felt like I could not hold in the laughter for any longer. I then began to start to laugh quite a bit loudly all of the sudden, which I could tell confused both him, and also the kit from the corner of my eyes, all at the exact same time too.
As I stood there for just a little bit longer, and I continued to laugh, I finally then began to start to stop my self all of the sudden. I then began to start to breath in quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self all of the sudden, as I did my best to try to ease my breathing all of the sudden. It was clear that the both of them did not have a single clue as to just what it was that I was even getting at right now, none the less.
I kind of just shook my head a bit to my self, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, never the less. I then began to start to get my eyes back on to FlameClaw all of the sudden, as it was still clear to me that he did not have a single clue as to just what it was that I was getting at right now, never the less.
I kind of just stood there for just a little bit longer, all at the exact same time as well, and I then began to start to go on right ahead and began to start to speak back to FlameClaw, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that he was in fact paying attention, and that he was in fact beginning to start to listen as to just what it was that I even had to say to him, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
"No... The clan is fine right now, and we still have the rest of the day to easily go out and hunt for more... Don't worry..." I said to him, all at the exact same time as well, to him. It was clear that he was still a little bit lost as to just what it was that I had in fact said to him, but in the end how ever, it then all of the sudden seemed to come back to him, all at the exact same time too, luckily enough for the both of us.
It was the warm season, as it was green leaf, meaning that the camp had plenty of prey to go around, all at the exact same time as well, as unless we were going to catch some thing nice and juicy, all at the exact same time too, than I kind of felt like the prey that we were going to catch might not ever be eaten any ways, and that it might have to be thrown away, such as we had to do with several prey, as it had gone bad on us.
I mainly had really just wanted to go on a hunting patrol with FlameClaw, due to the fact that he was a chill cat, and that I wanted to get out of the camp, none the less. I had not expected to come across all of this, but I knew what it was that I felt like I wanted to do, all at the exact same time too, as I felt like I wanted to ease the she kit in to joining our clan, all at the exact same time too, never the less.
As I stood here for just a little bit longer, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to see that FlameClaw did in fact nod back to me, all at once, none the less, luckily enough for me, as it was clear that he was in fact about to go right back on ahead and respond back to just what it was that I had in fact even said to him a few moments before hand, all at the exact same time too.
As I kind of stood there more or less, for just a bit more time, I then once again let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self all of the sudden. It was clear that FlameClaw was a little bit embarrassed for what it was that he had just said, though there was no reason for him to be, all at the exact same time too. I knew that it was only right, and he was only being a good clan mate for putting the clan first, before any thing else, none the less.
I kind of just got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff, all at the exact same time too, as I then began to start to nod back to FlameClaw, all at the exact same time as well. I wanted him to know that I was in fact paying attention, and that I was in fact listening as to just what it was that he was even about to go right on ahead and say to me, none the less.
Once it was that he had in fact seen me do as such a thing like that, that was when he did in fact begin to start to go right on ahead and start to speak to me all of the sudden, as I then did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say to me, all at the exact same time too, once again, none the less.
"Alright... I'll be back in a little bit I suppose..." He said to me, as I blinked my eyes a few times, once again, and I then all of the sudden began to start to nod back to him as a little bit of a response, all at the exact same time as well. I wanted him to know that every thing was in fact going to be safe here, all at the exact same time too.
If the kit tried to attack me, I doubt that it would do any thing to hurt me at all, as I doubt that she would any ways, none the less. I kind of just breathed in a bit of a heavy sigh to my self either way, as I got did my best to try to calm my self down. I watched as FlameClaw began to start to head down in the direction that we were going over to, all at the exact same time as well, long before now, to go and hunt for some thing real quick.
I knew that FlameClaw was a fairly decent hunter as well, so I kind of felt like he should be back in no time, all at the exact same time too, as I kind of just began to start to nod a bit to my self all of the sudden, as I felt safe, and I felt like every thing was in fact going to be fine, all at the exact same time too. I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self all of the sudden, this time, as I then all of the sudden began to start to turn my head over to the young she kit, all at the exact same time too.
The real question now, was of course the fact as to whether or not the she kit felt like she was safe, and whether or not she felt like she was scared of me, or if she was worried that I might attack her, all at the exact same time too. I stared at the she kit right in to her eyes, as soon as it was that I had thought of that, all at the exact same time as well.
It was clear to me, that very much to my surprise, she was a little bit of a brave she kit, all at the exact same time too, as I could tell that she was not afraid what so ever, as to the fact that she was alone with a cat as big and as strong as I was, all at the exact same time as well.
Perhaps that was due to the fact that the words that I had said seemed to be nice, and they seemed to be calm, and they seemed to be soothing, all at the exact same time as well. I felt like I just needed to calm my self down either way, as I felt like every thing was in fact going to be fine, all at the exact same time too.
Once it was that I had got my mind, and I had got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had been thinking on long before now, I then began to start to turn my head away from the she kit, all at the exact same time too. I turned my eyes over in the direction that I had seen FlameClaw head over to, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
I stood there for just a little bit longer, all at once, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden let out quite a bit of another heavy sigh to my self, all of the sudden.
I stared over in that direction for just a bit more time, as I then all of the sudden began to start to go right on ahead and I began to start to speak a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too. I just felt like I needed to calm my self down right now, as I knew that I was going to be fine, and nothing was going to go wrong.
"Well... I guess it's time to make some decisions..."
