Chapter 5: Apologize

I blinked my eyes a few times, as it was clear to me right now that she did not have as to a single clue as to just what it was that we were here for, and just what it was that had happened the other day, which did not spell any thing good for her clan mates, if they could not tell her the truth of some things that had in fact happened, all at the exact same time as well, as I felt like at the very least it would make sense that they would at least lie about what had happened.
They simply had just not told her a single thing that had happened, and it kind of upset me, and it made me a little bit angry, all at the exact same time as well, as I felt like my clan mates would at least tell me some thing like that, as I already knew that I had made sure that my clan mates knew as to just where it was as to where the borders were even at in the very first place any ways, before it was that I had in fact sent them on any patrols.
I kind of just began to start to breath in quite a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I did my best to try to get my mind, and to try to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now once again, as I just blinked my eyes a few times all of the sudden, and I then all of the sudden kind of shook my head a bit to my self, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
As I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, I then all of the sudden got my mind, and I got my focus on the fact that had to do with just why it was that me and SilentEars had even come in to the Thunderclan camp, and the Thunderclan territory in the very first place any ways, once again.
That was of course, as to the fact as to just what it was that had in fact happened to Steve, and the rest of the cats that had in fact been on that patrol just the other day, all at the exact same time as well, as I had remembered that they had been in our own land, and they had been attacked by Thunderclan cats, all at the exact same time as well, as I felt like SummerStar would show some sympathy for me, as soon as it was that I told her as to just what it was that had in fact even happened, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
I breathed in a bit of a soft sigh to my self all of the sudden, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, as I kind of just got my mind, and my focus on to the fact that I knew that I did in fact kind of need to tell her as to just what it was that was even going on right now in the very first place any ways, once again, as I then all of the sudden began to start to blink my eyes a few times.
I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at once, as I then all of the sudden began to start to nod to SummerStar, all at once, as I made sure to have a not so happy look on my face as I did in fact do as such a thing like that, that way she knew that what it was that I was about to say to her was serious, and that it was not some thing that I was all too happy with right at this very moment in time too, once again.
As soon as it was that I had in fact done as such a thing towards her, all at once, that was when I then all of the sudden saw her nod back to me, all at the exact same time as well, as I kind of felt a bit bad as to the fact that I was going to her about all of this, as I knew that she was going to have to take the blame on this, for some thing that was not really her fault, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
Though I suppose, if I thought on it a little bit more, than it kind of was a bit her own fault, as I felt like her cats should know better than to do things such as they had the other day, all at the exact same time as well, once again, at that. I kind of just did my best to try to keep my self as clan as I felt like I possibly could, as I had in fact nearly missed the fact that she had in fact nodded back to me, all at the exact same time too, to let me know that she was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that I was even about to go right on ahead and say to her, all at the exact same time as well.
As soon as it was that I had seen her do as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time as well, that was when I then did in fact go right on ahead and start to begin to speak to her, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that she was in fact beginning to start to listen as to just what it was that I was even about to go right on ahead and say to her, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
"Well... You had a patrol, the other day that went in to our lands, and they then proceeded to attack some of my cats... I would normally just push it off like it was nothing still, even though we have talked about this before... But..." I said to her, as I then all of the sudden did in fact kind of stop my self at the last moment, as I did my best to try to regain a bit of some control over my self, all at the exact same time as well, once again, as I then all of the sudden began to start to look all around me, all at the exact same time as well, to try to spot some guilty looks on some of the faces of some of the Thunderclan cats, to be able to tell which cats were in fact a part of that patrol.
I spotted a she cat, and a tom cat from the corner of my eyes that seemed to have their heads a bit low to the ground as to just what it was that I had even said in the very first place any ways, once again, at that. I made a bit of a mental note in my head, all at once, as to the fact that I was in fact looking over at those cats right at this very moment in time too, as I was sure that one of them very well could be one of the cats that had been the one that had nearly killed Steve.
I kind of just did my best to try to control my breathing, all at the exact same time as well, once again, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff, and off of those 2 cats, all at the exact same time as well, as I instead got my mind, and I got my focus on the fact that had to do with of course, me needing to get back to the point with SummerStar, all at the exact same time as well, as I kind of just shook my head a bit to my self, all at once, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now.
I breathed in quite a bit to my self all of the sudden, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I stared at SummerStar right in to her eyes, as just as it was that I had in fact thought just a few moments before hand, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to see that she had a bit of a surprised look on her face, all at the exact same time too, once again.
I could tell that she was not too happy at all right now, as I was not all too sure if that was due to the fact that she was not happy with me at all right at this very moment in time too, or if it was due to the fact that she was not at all happy with her own clan mates, as it was clear that she had not been told a single thing as to just what it was that had in fact happened a few days ago, none the less.
I felt like the 2nd thing was the one that was in fact true, as I knew that SummerStar was a fairly smart cat, as I knew that she did in fact know as to just what it was that she was doing as a leader, all at the exact same time as well, as I saw her begin to start to look around at her own clan mates, just as it was that I had in fact done a few moments ago, once again, as I saw that she seemed to be doing the exact same thing that I was.
As she seemed to look around for a little bit longer, she then all of the sudden began to start to turn her head around all of the sudden, began over to me, as I saw that she had her eyes a bit squinted towards me, all at the exact same time too, which surprised me a bit, none the less, as it kind of felt like she did in fact seem to be not all too happy with me right at this very moment in time as well, once again, none the less.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, none the less, as I then all of the sudden saw her begin to start to nod back to me, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh of relief, all at the exact same time as well, as it did not seem like I was the one that she was in fact upset at right at this very moment in time either, once again, none the less. I breathed in quite a bit to my self all at once, as I then did in fact begin to start to nod back to her, to let her know that I was in fact about to go right on ahead and speak to her, at that, none the less.
After it was that she had in fact seen me do as such a thing like that, she then did in fact do as such a thing like that, once again, as I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that she was even about to go right on ahead and start to say to me, all at the exact same time too, as I knew that she had quite a few anger issues that I felt like I really did not want to push, at all.
"But what?" She said to me, as I was a little bit lost as to just what it was that she had even said to me, all at the exact same time as well, as I looked over to SilentEars, to hope that I could get a little bit of some help from him, all at the exact same time as well, as to just what it was that the she cat, and the Thunderclan leader had in fact said to me, all at the exact same time as well, none the less, but I just felt like I did not have much of any other clue as to just what it was that she was even getting at in the very first place any ways, once again.
I kind of tilted my head a bit over towards her all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, as I saw that she had in fact noticed that I did not have a single clue as to just what it was that she was in fact trying to tell me, all at the exact same time as well, as not all too much longer after all of that was in fact said and done, that was when she then all of the sudden let out quite a bit of a heavy sigh, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden saw her start to roll her eyes at me, all at the exact same time too.
It was clear that I was missing some thing right now, as I saw the same kind of look on the fact of SilentEars, once again, which I still did not have a clue as to just what it was that any of it did in fact mean, all at the exact same time as well, once again, as I kind of just began to start to replay as to just what it was that had in fact just happened in the last few moments in my head, once again.
That was when it then all of the sudden came back to me, all at the exact same time as well, as I blinked my eyes a few times, once again, as I felt like quite a bit of an idiot for not really getting at what it was that she had in fact been getting at, all at the exact same time as well, none the less, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self all of the sudden, and I then all of the sudden began to start to speak to her, all at the exact same time as well.
As soon as it was that I had in fact said as to just what it was that I had in fact began to play through my head, all at once, I knew that all of the cats were in fact listening to me right at this very moment in time too, so I kind of felt like there was not all too much that I really needed to be worried about in that aspect, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
I kind of just gulped a bit heavily to my self, as I did in fact do as such a thing that I had been planning on doing before, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I spoke to all of them, as they all did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that I even had to say to them all in the very first place any ways, once again.
"Yes... Sorry... One of your cats, if not multiple attacked a border patrol of ours on our own land the other day, and they nearly killed a cat of ours, as he is in critical condition right now..." I said to her, as I then all of the sudden began to start to squint my eyes over towards the she cat, all at the exact same time as well, as I did in fact want her to know that it was in fact serious, all at the exact same time too, as to just what it was that I was in fact saying to her right at this very moment in time as well, once again.
SummerStar once again seemed to be quite a bit surprised as to just what it was that I had in fact even said to her, all at once, as she blinked her eyes a few times, all at the exact same time too, all at once, as she then all of the sudden seemed to turn her head away from me, all at the exact same time as well, none the less, as she then all of the suden began to start to turn her head to some other cats that were on the other side of the clearing, once again.
As soon as it was that I saw that the cat that she was looking at, it was clear to me as to just what it was that was going on right on, all at the exact same time as well, as I saw the tom cat that she was in fact looking at right at this very moment in time too, as he seemed to have his head held high, as it seemed like he had a bit of a smug look on his face, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
I breathed in quite a bit to my self, all at once, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, once again, as I then all of the sudden began to start to see the smug look on his face go away, as soon as it was that he had seen that his leader was staring at him right now, as it was clear that his leader was not all too happy as to the news that she was being told, all at the exact same time too.
It was now clear to me, that SummerStar did in fact realize as to just what it was that was even going on right now, at least a little bit, all at the exact same time too, as I breathed in quite a bit to my self all of the sudden, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus on the fact that SummerStar was in fact beginning to start to speak to him all of the sudden.
I turned my head over to SummerStar all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, as I breathed in quite a bit of a soft sigh of relief, all at the exact same time as well, that she was in fact doing some thing about what it was that was even going on in the very first place any ways, once again, never the less, at that, as I then did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that she even had to say to the tom cat that now all of the sudden did in fact have his head quite a bit low to the ground, all at the exact same time too.
"HeavyWind... You told me that you were attacked by dogs... So you were lying about that?" She said to the tom cat, as the tom cat then all of the sudden began to start to realize the mistake in the story that he had told her the other day, all at the exact same time as well, as it was clear to me that the Thunderclan cats had at the very least came back with at least a few scratches on them, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, as I could hear the anger in the voice of SummerStar, all at the exact same time as well, as at first I felt like I needed to be the one that was going to have to step in, and to let the tom cat know that what it was that he had done was not okay what so ever, all at the exact same time as well, once again, as I kind of just did my best to try to calm my self down once again, as I was in fact relieved to know that was not going to have to be the case what so ever, none the less.
It was clear that SummerStar was in fact doing her job as a leader, as it was clear that she was going to let the tom cat know that what it was that he had in fact done the other day was not a good thing to be doing what so ever, all at the exact same time as well. I felt a bit of some stress, and I felt a bit of some tension kind of relax it self off of my back, all at the exact same time as well, as I blinked my eyes a few times, once again.
I felt like based off of the fact that I had seen the tom cat with his head held up high a few moments before hand, as it was clear to me that he had in fact been bragging a bit about the fact that he had nearly killed an innocent cat, all at the exact same time as well, as I had been fairly certain that the tom cat had a bit of a big ego about him, all at the exact same time as well, but it was clear that it was not the case what so ever, how ever, at the very least, as I let out quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self all of the sudden, once again.
The tom cat was clearly starting to realize now, as to the fact that what it was that he had in fact done was clearly not okay what so ever, all at the exact same time as well, as I saw that he felt quite a bit bad for it, all at the exact same time as well, once again, as I saw that he now all of the sudden seemed to have his head quite a bit low to to the ground, all at the exact same time too, as it was clear to me that he knew that he was the one that was in the wrong thankfully.
As the tom cat stared at the ground for a little bit longer, he seemed to realize that all of the cats that were staring at him right now, all at the exact same time as well, then all of the sudden began to start to stare at him, all at the exact same time as well, as it was clear that there were a lot of cats that were in fact quite a bit surprised as to just what it was that the tom cat had in fact done, all at the exact same time as well, as it was clear to me that they too realized that it was not right, all at the exact same time as well.
I let out quite a bit of a soft sigh of some relief to my self, all at the exact same time too, even though I knew that it was not all done at all right now, all at the exact same time too, it was clear to me at the very least, that the Thunderclan cats were not evil, and that they did in fact realize as to the fact that they knew that what it was that they had in fact done, all at the exact same time as well, was in fact wrong, all at the exact same time too.
I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self all at once, as I kind of just got my mind, and I kind of just got my focus off of all of that other stuff that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, as I now all of the sudden began to start to see that the tom cat was now all of the sudden lifting his head up, all at the exact same time as well, as I was a little bit worried as to the fact that he might say some sort of response such as the fact that he might say that 'they deserved it' or some thing of the rest of those sorts.
How ever, that luckily did not seem to be the case what so ever, as I saw that he had his eyes on his leader right at this very moment in time too, as I saw that he then all of the sudden began to start to nod to her, all at the exact same time as well, to let her know that he was in fact about to go right on ahead and start to speak back to her, all at the exact same time as well, once again, none the less, once again.
I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at the exact same time as well, once again, as I then all of the sudden began to start to see that SummerStar did in fact begin to start to nod back to the tom cat, all at the exact same time as well, to let him know that she was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that he was even about to say to her, all at the exact same time as well, once again, never the less.
Once it was that HeavyWind had in fact seen her do as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time as well, that was when he then all of the sudden began to start to go right on ahead and speak back to her, all at the exact same time as well, as I could hear the guilt that he had in his voice, all at the exact same time as well, as I too did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say back to his leader in the very first place any ways, once again.
"I'm sorry SummerStar... I just... I don't know what I was thinking..." He said as a bit of a response back to her, as it was clear that, as I had seen a few moments before hand, as to the fact that it had in fact seemed like he had been a bit happy about it all, and it had seemed like he had been bragging about every thing, all at the exact same time too, that was clearly not the case at all any more, as it was clear to me that the tom cat realized now, that what it was that he had in fact done, all at the exact same time too, was in fact wrong.
It was not just the fact that he had seemed to attack our cats that was wrong, in our own land at that, none the less. It was also more or less the fact that he had kind of lied to his leader, which would in fact make me very upset, all at the exact same time as well, which it was clear to me, all at the exact same time as well, that SummerStar was in fact quite a bit upset, that she had in fact been lied to by her own clan mates, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
It was kind of a bit of some betrayal, if I was not going to lie to my self either, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that the tom cat was even thinking, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had in fact been thinking on long before hand, all at the exact same time too, once again.
As I seemed to stare at the poor tom cat for just a little longer, none the less, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to hear the voice of SummerStar, all at the exact same time as well, as she then all of the sudden once again began to start to speak back to the tom cat, all at the exact same time as well, as it was clear that he was not the only cat that was a bit surprised by it, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
I was a little bit lost, and I too was a little bit surprised by it, as I felt like that would have been good enough for the she cat, all at the exact same time as well, as I felt like she would have in fact gone back to me, and she would have thanked me for telling her, all at the exact same time as well, before of course, she would then kind of shoo me out of her camp, and out of her land, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
That did not seem to be the case at all how ever, as I saw that the tom cat was a little bit lost as to just what his leader was in fact doing right at this very moment in time any ways, as I saw that he had his head tilted to her, all at the exact same time too, though he did in fact seem like he was clearly paying attention as to just what it was that she did in fact have to say to him at the very least, all at the exact same time too, once again.
I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, as I too did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that SummerStar did in fact once again have to say back to the tom cat as a bit of a response to him, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
"I'm not the cat that you need to be apologizing to... Am I?" She said to the tom cat, as I saw that she had her eyes squinted over towards him, all at the exact same time as well, to let the tom cat know that she was in fact being dead serious with just what it was that she had in fact even told him, all at the exact same time as well, as it was quite a bit of a shock, and it was quite a bit of a surprise to me as to just what it was that she had in fact even just said to her clan mate.
If I was not going to lie to my self either, I kind of felt like the simple apology would have been enough, all at the exact same time as well, none the less, once again, as I would have just let it be after all of that, all at the exact same time as well, but that was clearly not the case what so ever for her, as it was clear that she felt like she needed to hear a little bit more than just a simple apology back to her, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, once again.
I breathed in quite a bit to my self either way, as I kind of just got my mind, and I kind of just got my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had been thinking on long before hand, as it once again surprised me, all at the exact same time as well, that SummerStar her self had grown a lot wiser, and that she was a lot smarter than the same she cat that I had met when it was that I had been looking for the Skyclan leader, and his kits, all at the exact same time as well.
I began to start to breath in quite a bit to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and my focus on to the fact all of the sudden, that the tom cat was now all of the sudden looking over to me, all at the exact same time as well, as I saw that the tom cat had quite a bit of a guilty look on his face, and he felt quite a bit bad about it all, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self, all at the exact same time as well, once again, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus on the fact that it was clear to me that the tom cat was in fact about to go on ahead and do as to just what it was that his leader had in fact told him to do, or at least pointed him the way as to just what it was that he should in fact do, all at the exact same time as well, once again, never the less.
I breathed in quite a bit to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus more or less on the thoughts that kind of felt like had to do with him needing to keep on going on ahead with what it was that he was doing in the very first place any ways.
I saw the tom cat looked at me with quite a bit of a guilty look on his face still, as it was clear that he now all of the sudden began to start to feel quite a bit bad as to just what it was that he had in fact done, all at the exact same time as well, as I was not all too sure as to just whether or not that was due to the fact that I had said that Steve had nearly died, or if it was more or less due to the fact that he realized that his leader was not at all happy with what it was that he had done, and also the fact that he had lied to her.
Either way, I kind of felt like none of that really seemed to matter all too much, what so ever, once again, as I kind of just let out quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had in fact been thinking on long before hand, once again, as I then all of the sudden saw the tom cat go right on ahead and start to nod to me.
As I seemed to stare at him for just a bit more time, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to nod back to the tom cat, all at the exact same time as well, as I felt like I should in fact let him know that I was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that he was in fact about to say to me, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that he was in fact about to apologize to me, just as it was that his leader had in fact just asked him to, all at the exact same time too.
I breathed in a bit of soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time as well, once again, as after just a few moments longer, and a bit more time, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to hear the voice of the tom cat, all at the exact same time too, as he did in fact begin to start to go right on ahead and begin to start to speak to me, as I did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he was even about to say to me, all at the exact same time as well.
"I'm sorry MoonStar... I didn't realize it was going to be that bad... I just wanted to look cool..." He said to me, all at the exact same time as well, as I saw that the tom cat did in fact feel quite a bit guilty as to just what it was that he had done, all at the exact same time as well, as it was a bit of a poor excuse for the reason that he had done as to just what it was that he had done, if I was not going to lie to my self, all at the exact same time as well, but it was clear to me that the tom cat was in fact quite a bit young, all at the exact same time as well, and he did not realize the consequences of what it was that he had even done in the very first place any ways.
He was even younger than I was, as I knew that I my self was still quite a bit of a young cat, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, as I kind of just let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I felt like I could really not be too upset, and I could not blame the tom cat all too much as to just what it was that he had done, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew there had been a point where it was that I had just kind of wanted to look cool.
I breathed in quite a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I stared at the tom cat, all at the exact same time too, as I knew that I would not have done what it was that he had done at all, what so ever, to try to make my self look cool, all at the exact same time as well, but either way, I still kind of felt like I could not get too angry at him for it, as I then all of the sudden dipped my head over to him, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden nodded to him.
I felt like it would be a whole lot different if it was that Steve had in fact died, all at the exact same time as well, but luckily enough for all of us, that was not the case what so ever, as we were lucky that Steve was still alive, and so was this tom cat, all at the exact same time too, as I blinked my eyes a few times over towards HeavyWind, all at the exact same time too, as I saw he seemed to feel a lot better, now that it was that he had in fact seen me nod back to him.
I breathed in a bit of a soft sigh of some relief to my self, all at once, all at the exact same time as well, as I kind of felt like it was now time for me to leave, all at the exact same time as well, as just as it was that I had in fact turned my head over to SilentEars, all at the exact same time too, that was when I saw that he was beginning to start to speak up to the tom cat, all at the exact same time as well.
It was clear that he was not going to be easy on the tom cat at all, either, as I could not blame him, as he had been there, and not I, as I saw that he had his eyes squinted at the tom cat, as he just seemed to continue speaking up loudly to the tom cat, all at the exact same time as well, as I still could not help but to be a little bit surprised by it, all at the exact same time too, as I did in fact begin to start to get my attention on to SilentEars, all at the exact same time too.
SilentEars of course seemed to be paying me no such sort of attention at all right at this very moment in time as well, as he just continued to speak to the tom cat either way, all at the exact same time as well, as I did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
"I don't think MoonStar is the cat you needed to be apologizing to..." He said at first, as I was a bit lost as to just what it was that the tom cat was even getting at in the very first place any ways, on just what it was that he had even said, as I kind of tilted my head a bit towards the tom cat, all at the exact same time too, as he then all of the sudden seemed to get his eyes on another cat, all at once, as I was quite a bit lost as to just what it was that SilentEars was even trying to do right at this very moment in time any ways. I tilted my head towards the tom cat, as he then all of the sudden began to start to right on ahead and continue to speak to who ever it was that he was speaking to now, as I once again did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say in the very first place any ways, once again. "SummerStar... Do you mind if we take your clan mate with us for a day, so that he can apologize to Steve?"
