(Kuroo POV)

It's lunch time already and I head out of my class room with Yakkun

"Soo, not going to get Lev today?" I ask Yaku

"That was once and it was so I could get my movie back" Yaku replied angrily

"Mhmm, and you just couldn't wait to get it on the rooftop" I teased

"Yes! Because I thought he would forget!" He defended himself

"Mhmm suuureeee"

"If you don't shut up I'm gonna kick you" Yaku threatened

"Oh no, please spare me Mr. Demon Senpai" I say dramatically

"That's it-" Yaku jumps on me "Apologizeeeee!!"

He begins hitting my head

"Ow! Ow! Ow! Okay okay I'm sorry!! It was a joke!"

"It better be" he gets off of me and glares at me

Yakkun then dusts off his clothing and we continue walking to the rooftop

When we were about to go up the stairs someone stops us

"U-um, excuse me.."

I see Yaku roll his eyes as we both turn around

"C-can I ask a-a q-question..?" The person asks nervously

"Of course, you can ask me any question" I say leaning closer and tilting their chin upwards

"Uhm.. actually I have a question for Yaku-Kun..."

"Huh..?"

YAKU?! WHY YAKU?!?

"Welp, you heard them Kuroo" Yaku says putting a hand on my shoulder

"U-uhm well, d-do you wanna- um, m-maybe g-go on a... da-.. d-d-date..?" The person asks Yaku

"Ah, I'm sorry, but I have to decline" Yaku bows

"Oh- no it's okay! You probably already have a g-girlfriend... It makes sense!"

Bold of you to assume he's straight.

"Oh no it's not that, uhm, I'm actually gay" Yaku smiles and rubs the back of his neck

"Oh.. OH! Oh my gosh I'm so sorry for assuming! Please forgive me!" the person bows

"It's alright, no worries" Yaku reassures them

"U-um I'll be going now, goodbye!" They bow again then walk off

"Well then, that sure was something" I say

Yaku doesn't reply and just continues walking

We were the first to arrive at our usual spot -- since we were the closest to it.

"Oh, Yakkun, wanna go to the mall after school with Bokutō and I?" I ask Yaku

"Hmm, that depends, I'll think about it" Yaku replies

Yamamoto then enters a few minutes later, dragging Kenma as usual

"Yo dudes!" Yamamoto greets "I'm surprised the others aren't here yet, Pudding Head was really fiesty today"

Yamamoto laughs a bit at the end.

"Yeah, that is suprising, also do you guys wanna go to the mall with the owl with frosted tips, Yaku, and I after volleyball practice?" I ask the both of them
