One Way Trip ~ Tony

You were with Tash at the top of Stark Tower when everyone paused. "Nat!" She turned to you, looking pitiful. "What?" She tapped her earpiece and you heard someone ringing yours. You pressed the connect button, and Tony's pained voice filtered through it. "Nuclear missile heading straight for New York, 2 minute detonation." Hulk growled and smashed the concrete below him, Steve's head dropped in defeat. "Y/N, I can stop it." Everyone's head raised, smiles playing on their dusty faces. A few more Chitauri were killed before you could answer. "Do it then!" "I have to detour it into the portal." "But... you'd go with it and your suit isn't designed for outer space..." There was silence before the recognition hit. Tony would die to save you all. "Tony no we can just evacuate!" "Say goodbye to everyone for me Y/N." His earpiece disconnected and you screamed his name, seeing him blast by, carrying the missile. He thrusted upwards, (awkward) driving the missile up with him and narrowly dodging Stark Tower. "TONY!" Tash looked at you with pain as you dropped to your knees, sobbing as your boyfriend possibly died. "Shut the portal." Tash looked at you once, then twice before pushing Loki's scepter into the Tesseract, killing off the signal. The portal closed, trapping Tony in with a deadly explosion. The Chitauri dropped seemingly dead, as you watched the portal grow smaller. That was it. Tony was gone. You cried quietly, until Tash ran over and shook your shoulders. "What?" She pointed up, and you saw Tony fall through the portal seconds before it closed. Your joy turned to horror as he continued to fall, growing speed as he did. "He's not slowing down!" Before you could move an inch, Hulk hurtled through the air, catching Tony and sliding down a skyscraper. You called out to Loki who had realized his mistake halfway through the battle, and he teleported you down to the ground. Hulk dumped Tony on the broken concrete, Steve ripping off his iron mask. You kneeled behind his head, pulling his head gently into your lap. When he didn't wake, your tears began to drop into his cheeks, as you leaned down to give him a spider kiss. As your lips connected, he woke with a start, and you leaned back in surprise. He took a few deep breaths before pulling your head back into another spider kiss.
