Chapter 8

Juhyeon kept asking Yoobi what happened to her and to Ahyeon, where did they get those scratches on their faces from. Juhyeon just kept on bugging the girls.

“Come on. I’ll stop when you tell me what happened to you today. Obviously, you can’t tell me you fell on the stairs or tripped yourself on the floor. You can’t be too clingy that both of you fell off the stairs or trip on the floor.” Juhyeon said. It was the first time that something like that happened to Ahyeon. She knows her sister is quiet in school and a bit introvert. So she wonders why would she get bullied or attacked by anybody, unless they already out of their minds.

“This is really nothing, Juhyeon. Trust us. These are just small scratches.” Yoobi said.

“What? I know those are just small scratches but of course I need to know what happened. What if this will get worse? What if next time it will not be just a scratch anymore?” Juhyeon may be overreacting but, she still has a point. What if those girls will do worse than what they just did?

“Okay, here.” Ahyeon started, so Juhyeon kept quiet and gave her full attention to Ahyeon. “There’s really nothing to tell you, Juhyeon.”

“What?” Juhyeon shouted.

“That’s the end. And we still have a lot of things to do. So please, let us go?” Ahyeon said and grabbed her bag on the chair and pulled Yoobi fast to her room.

“Hey! Ahyeon! I’m not yet done with you!” Juhyeon shouted but Ahyeon just closed the door of her room.

Ahyeon and Yoobi comfortably rested their bodies on the bed.

“What if your parents asked you what happened to you today?” Ahyeon asked.

“Well….” Yoobi got up and checked her face on the mirror, “These are just light scratches. I get them every time we have outdoor classes, just like P.E. classes so it is kinda normal to them.”

“That’s unfair! How would I explain this to my mom?”

“Just tell her a group of girls blocked our way out of the school and attacked us.” Yoobi said.

“Then what? I will tell her that these girls are actually jealous of us because we can talk to the famous GOT7 of the school? They would just tease me, Yoobi.”

“But that would be better than to make them worried. Besides, they are your family. You should trust them, and start by sharing things.”

“I share them what happens to me in a day, but…” Ahyeon just realized something. “I’m still not comfortable telling them everything. Even when I need to go to see a doctor. There’s still something in me that pulls away from them”

The boys are seated on their wanted position. Yugyeom took the empty seat at the end of the chair so he doesn’t have to stand up and get what others actually need. But the pitcher of cold water was beside him.

“What happened to the practice game?” Yugyeom asked.

“Weren’t you there, Yugyeom?” JB asked.

“I was there in the start of them game. But I had to leave because of this music video.” He explained. “You were looking for me?” he asked.

“Not really. But when we asked for a permission to leave the game for a while, we only saw Jr, Bambam and Youngjae.” JB said.

“Ah, before I forgot. What happened? Why did the two of you left? In the middle of the practice game. Good thing coach did not get mad and just let the other members take your part.” Mark said. He was left there even though he also wanted to come with them because he was curious of what is happening.
