Chapter 27

Stretching all your hands and feet after waking up in the morning, doesn't it feel just so great?

Ahyeon almost seemed to have them all. However...

*Flahshback*

JB quietly sat down beside Ahyeon on the sofa. "Hey! How are you doing, Ahyeon?"

Unlike before, Ahyeon doesn't feel anything special whenever JB is around. And that different feeling is the one she feels everytime she's with Mark. That feeling thst gets lighter and lighter as time passes by.

"I am fine, I guess."

*End of Flashback*

Combing her hair down from its roots, Ahyeon stared at herself.

"I liked JB but... I guess not as much as I loved Mark." She thought. Suddenly, she had a different feeling in her heart. "Am I ready for this?"

Ahyeon placed her things in her bag and zipped it to close. She looked at the desk beside her bed and saw the small red envelope on top. "Shall I go?"

She picked up the envelope and took out the small piece of paper from it.

Let's meet at the Hello Kitty café on Saturday, 8:30 in the morning. I will wait for you until 12 noon. Beyond that time, probably I am gone. Probably... I am riding something near the clouds.

You are coming, Ahyeon, right?

She quickly made her way out of their house and rode a taxi going to the Hello Kitty café.

She nervously opened the glass door of the café and looked around the place, finding for someone she knows.

Squinting her eyes, she spotted one familiar figure. Then she have decided not to waste time so she walked towards the familiar figure.

She coughed, clearing her dried throat. "Hi!" She greeted.

"Oh, hi! You came! Relax, Ahyeon. You may take your seat." He said.

"Thanks."

"Do you want to order anything?" He asked..

"Nothing really but... Choco java chip frappe, would do."

"One choco java chip frappe, one Americano and a slice of cheesecake." He told the lady.

"Jinyoung..." Ahyeon uttered.

Jinyoung quickly turned her head to the lady that called her name.

"What are you up to?" She asked.

"Treating you food?"

"No. I mean... Why are you suddenly asking me to eat with you?"

"If I asked you out, you wouldn't agree right? That's why I just told you to meet me here. I am not asking for any fight. I don't have any hidden agenda. I just wanted to see you, to be with you, for the last time."

"Last time?" She repeated.

"Here are your orders, sir." The lady said and carefully placed their drinks and slice of cake on top of the table.

"I am going overseas, Ahyeon. I received a better offer of education there. And they promised to get me as an employee after graduation. I have a brighter future there." He explained.

"I thought we were friends. You didn't tell me."

"That's the problem. We remained friends when I wanted more than that. What can I do? They were always first. Bambam became your friend first. You fell in love with Mark first. By the way, I asked for Mark's permission to meet you today "

"I'm sorry."

"I should be sorry to myself. I never got the courage to tell you that I love you. Now it's too late becuase you're already taken."

After hearing those things, Ahyeon knows to herself that she really didn't have an idea that Jinyoung loves her. She never thought she treated her differently from the other girls.

"So I guess it's goodbye?"

"You're already leaving?" Ahyeon asked.

Jinyoung nodded. Smile slowly grew on his face as he sighed. "We can meet anytime. Just kidding! We can talk to SNS. We have all of them! And... We'll still see each other again."

"I-I... don't know what to say." She shyly said.

Jinyoung chuckled at Ahyeon's face that turned red but she was frowning. "Silly." He pulled the ends of Ahyeon's lips so they'll form a smile. "Send me away while showing me a pretty smile. I want to bring with me a beautiful image of you and good memories of me with you."

Then Ahyeon smiled, as Jinyoung removed his hands from Ahyeon's face. "I'm really sorry."

"Love is something you shouldn't be apologetic of. It is something you should be thankful of." Jinyoung went beside Ahyeon and embraced her tightly. "I'm gonna miss you, Ahyeon." Before letting go of her, he planted a kiss on Ahyeon's cheek and placed his hands on Ahyeon's shoulders. "I'm not praying you'll break up with Mark but you can look for me to share fmyour grief with. I'll willingly listen to your stories. Okay?"

Ahyeon nodded and she wiped her tears off her face.

"Don't send me off the plane. It is too painful for me to see you cry." Jinyoung said and picked up his bag from his sea. "Finish this cheesecake. I know you haven't tried that ever."

And he peacefully left.

Sorry for not updating for a looooooong time. I seriously lost interest writing this. I mean... I lost all of my ideas.
