Chapter 9

That incident of Yugyeom kissing Hyeri was kept as a secret by the students who were there at the moment, but the six boys won't stop from teasing him.  But was it really an incident that Yugyeom just thought of doing to save Ahyeon?

Yoobi saw it too because she was there, but Ahyeon did not see it because she was still surprised from what happened to her. She does not have any idea why the boys are teasing Yugyeom.

"How's your lips, Yugyeom?" Jackson asked and licked his own lips.

"Eww! What's that for, Jackson?" Even though Ahyeon was spacing out she still pointed out what Jackson just did.

Because of what happened, Hyeri felt embarrassed for herself and she have stopped from attending her classes. She have been absent for two days already, that made Yugyeom really worried.

"Ahyeon..." Yugyeom shyly approached Ahyeon, who quickly looked back at Yugyeom. "Can you check out Hyeri today for me?" he asked.

Ahyeon wrinkled her eyebrows at Yugyeom. It was so weird of him to ask it from her instead of his friends. Yugyeom clearly knows too that it was Hyeri who attacked Ahyeon just the other day. "Eh?"

"Oh, well... If you can't, it is fine with me." Yugyeom said, trying not to show he was disappointed. He's disappointed because Ahyeon seems don't like to do it and not because he's disappointed of himself for forgetting what just happened.

"If you really need to how she is doing, then I'll go." Ahyeon told Yugyeom with a wide smile on her face.

Yugyeom was really thankful and thanked Ahyeon by giving her a tight hug "Thank you! Really, Ahyeon!" he said.

She asked Yoobi to come with her but she can't because it was her sister's birthday so she asked Bambam instead. The two rang the doorbell but the house remained quiet, with all the windows closed. Ahyeon, who was impatient, pressed again the doorbell.

Then an old thin lady walked out of the house and asked them who they are.

"I'm Baek Ahyeon and he is Bambam. We are students from the same school were Ahyeon is studying. Can we see her?" Ahyeon politely said.

The old lady went back inside the house and came back after a few minutes, and told them that Hyeri doesn't want to go out. Bambam and Ahyeon looked up and saw Hyeri's silhouette at the small window of the house's second floor.

Ahyeon shouted Hyeri's name, telling her to go down. "LEE HYERI! PLEASE COME DOWN. Don't worry... I won't do anything bad to you despite what happened the other day." "I just want to talk to you." She added. Suddenly, Hyeri came out of the door, as if she was being pushed by someone out of the house.

"What? What do you want?" Hyeri annoyingly asked Bambam and Ahyeon.

Suddenly, someone from the house shouted, "Let them in, Hyeri. Just have your talk inside." But Hyeri insisted and dragged Ahyeon and Bambam to the closest store. She asked them to sit down and asked "What do you want to talk about?"

"Are you okay? You've been absent for days, Hyeri. " Ahyeon asked if she was fine and Hyeri rudely said she is fine and said "Do I look not okay?" then Ahyeon nodded.

"What?" Hyeri shouted and grabbed the collar of Ahyeon's shirt but luckily stopped by Bambam.

"Yugyeom's really worried." She said.

After hearing his name, Hyeri felt uncomfortable and hot. She turned her back from them and started fanning herself with her hand.

"He kept thinking of you. But what actually happened there?" Ahyeon asked.
