The day of the contest is fast approaching. However, Ahyeon haven't chosen a song yet. How can she do it when her mind is actually occupied by something else?
"How about this song, Ahyeon? It will surely be good for your voice." Yoobi said while showing Ahyeon the song from Youtube.
"Well, her voice will not be our problem. It is how she would be able to sing the song with emotions." Hyeri said while to dry it off.
"Then let's choose a song about break ups?" Yoobi suggested, earning a deadly stare from Hyeri. "Oh, y-yeah-yeah. You did not break up with anybody. How about one-sided love? Or hate song?"
"Yoobi?"
"Sorry but I don't think a joyful song won't work either. Look at her, she's not even listening." Yoobi said and pointed at Ahyeon who was staring at the empty space.
"How about ... After School's Because of You?" Hyeri suggested.
"But that is a song about a couple who broke up! I mean, the girl having like a little grudge on the boy."
"I know but the song is really good. Well, I like Seventeen's version more. They arranged it to their liking. It is cool!" Hyeri explained.
Whatever these two girls have talked about, it could be nonsense since Ahyeon is actually not listening to the two of them. What is she exactly thinking? What will happen to her in the contest?

Ahyeon loves singing but most of the time, she is forced to do it for others. She should sing only when she likes to.
"Who can sing this one? Give it a try so everyone would know how it is actually sang." The professor said. She has been talking about the song for half of the period, trying to connect it with the story the class just finished reading.
"The song is Shouldn't Have. I will make your next quiz a giveaway for everyone if even only one of you will sing this song. Only up to the second chorus, my dear ladies and gentlemen." The professor added.
Everyone in the class have been telling Ahyeon to do it or Youngjae instead since they all know these two students can sing well.
"I am not really feeling well today, I'm sorry." Ahyeon apologized.
"Then Youngjae? I think JB can sing, too. And Jinyoung?" The professor asked.
The three boys sighed as the cheers were passes to them.
But beside them, Ahyeon sighed heavier. "I'll do it." She said coldly and politely took the piece of paper from the professor.
Calmly going back to her seat, everyone in the class turned their attention to her.

The students were enjoying it despite the sad message of the song.
On the other hand...
"Why do I feel this song was actually for me even though she is not looking at me and her eyes are pinned on the paper?" Mark asked to himself.
"At least you know." Yoobi whispered to Mark.
His eyes widened and he questioned himself. "Did she hear me? How... how is that even possible? I am talking to myself alone, right?"
