finding out that you got a tattoo (requested)

"Good morning," Solar whispered in your ear, making you jump.

She put her arms around you, a sweet giggle escaping her lips as she laid her chin on your shoulder.

"Sorry, baby."

"It's okay. Good morning to you, my love."

You put your phone down on the counter, bringing the spoon of cereal up to your lips to eat a few more bites.

"I got sad when I awoke to an empty bed." She mumbled as she pulled your hair into her fingers, gently pulling it away from your neck.

"Sorry. I couldn't sleep and I didn't want to wake you so I came down for some breakfast." You explained and she just nodded her head understandingly.

Suddenly, her lips brushed against the back of your neck and you let out a soft sigh immediately.

Solar couldn't help but smile as she trailed her lips to your shoulder blade, laying a few sweet kisses across your soft skin before kissing the other.

"You're so beautiful." She whispered softly.

She trailed her kisses to your ear, opening her eyes as a smile tugged at her lips when you softly spoke her name.

She was about to kiss the spot behind your ear, knowing that it always makes you weak in the knees. But she stopped when she spotted something that she's never seen before.

"Why'd you stop kissing me?" You pouted.

"You have a tattoo...?"

You suddenly remembered your tattoo that you got recently. It was right behind your ear, a beautiful place for the flower on your skin to be.

"Yeah." You smiled. "I was waiting to tell you. You've been leaving so early and coming home so late lately so I've been taking care of it and I've been waiting to show but it slipped my mind."

"I understand. But, wow, baby. It is beautiful."

"Thank you. I was torn between the flower and a heart but I think this was the right choice."

"I agree. It's absolutely beautiful." She said, softly kissing below it. "I'm so obsessed with it."

You turned around to face her, happily looping your arms around her neck.

"It's so delicate and pretty, just like you."

You put your lips against hers, smiling against them as she kissed you sweetly.

"Is this the only tattoo you plan on getting?" She asked curiously.

"I don't think so. I want to get that heart someday."

"It would look beautiful on you." She said as she kissed your neck.

You put your head back a little, enjoying the feeling of her lips brushing against your skin.

"I love you."

"I love you more." She said, trailing her kisses to your lips. "Can I see your tattoo again?"

You playfully rolled your eyes before turning back around, letting her obsess over the beautiful tattoo on your skin once more.
