It was nice to see that he was feeling the same way I was, it's crazy that at some point in your life, you meet someone and they become this huge part of your life that it's hard doing things without them It's even weirder that people like that also have the potential to leave your life completely "Hey Roo, Emily's wanting to head off do you need some more time to get ready?" Hunter asked knocking on the door "I'll be down in a sec" I said throwing myself out of bed
I guess helping Emily with wedding prep all day will give me the distraction I need right? 6 days to go..

"So you just kicked her out?" Hunter asked, he was out with Riley when everything went down and he is still yet to believe me "Yeah, I packed her things them shut the door" I said he scoffed "Fuck man, are you okay?" He asked and I nodded "So now we have a sad Roo and a heartbroken James" Hunter teased making me roll my eyes "I'm not heartbroken" i said pushing him slightly
"What's up with Riley though?" West asked "she gets like this when Spencer is gone. It's why the boy does his best to never leave her side" Hunter said "Gets like what?" I asked "She's still the delicate Riley we know and love. She hit a couple rough patches in the past few years, Spence was there the entire time so he became this safety net for her" Hunter said
"So when he's gone" Eldon started "she spirals" i muttered making Hunter nod
"that's why you'll see her distant this week, it's why Emily is dragging her out" Hunter explained "And it explains her instagram this morning" Eldon said making me furrow my brow as did hunter, he took his phone out of his pocket showing us the photo

"I have to admit, It's nice seeing Riley with a decent guy" I said making Hunter smile "You know, I don't think you understand how much that would mean for her to hear" he chuckled "Like Jiley have never had it easy but it's nice seeing you two still being friends" Eldon said making me chuckle "What caused you both to end it though? just out curiosity" Hunter asked and I shrugged
"Riley is better at explaining it then I am, she would say that sometimes it would feel like we were walking the same path but another time we could be on the further path away from each other" I said "We were arguing here and there over the stupidest thing. It got to the point that rather they hating each other, we chose to be friends" I said making them all sigh
"And there is no chance that it was just a misunderstanding?" Hunter asked making me look at him confused "I thought you like Spencer?" I said and he nodded "Oh I do, that man is a god send" Hunter said "But I don't know, I just feel like Jiley's story isn't over with" Hunter said making me sigh looking down at my hands
