Steve called for Kat so she went down to the gym and saw all the new equipment piled up
"Oh this looks fun" She said as she saw all the new things

"Glad you like it" Steve said. Kat picked up a few mats and took them to the racks. She took a few seconds before she went back over to Steve
"You're not okay... you're sweaty and breathing heavily and it's far from normal for you" He said

"Stalkerish" She joked

"No it is looking after my team and knowing when something is off"

"I promise it is nothing" She shook her head as she went to grab another mat but Steve stood next to her

"Move then"

"I'm good..."

"Katty, move"

"I can't" She said as she looked down at her abdomine
"Its busted"

"Worse than what you told Nat" Steve said as he guided her down and she lifted her shirt to see the blood soaking through
"God sake, Kat"

"It's fine, not the worst thing I have gone through if we look back to my ex" She said

"Let's take you to Bruce" Steve said as he helped her walk to Bruce. He saw her with a small eye roll

"Again?" He asked

"Don't tell Tasha" Kat grumbled as Bruce led her down on the table

"Okay... best way to not tell Natasha would be using Helen Cho, she luckily is staying here" He said

"Ain't she working on Barton?" Kat asked

"That ended an hour ago" He answered
"JARVIS, discreetly call Cho to here please with the kit. Ensure no one knows" Bruce spoke to JARVIS through his tablet.

Cho arrived and got her kit set up
"I need you two to leave and I can work on her" Cho told the men

"Why do we have to go?" Steve asked

"Because it goes low down by the looks of it so just go grab her some baggy jogging bottoms and wait until it is done" Cho told them as she rushed them outside before closing all the blinds, making sure every look into the room was covered.
"I need you to remove your trousers in order to get it all" She told Kat. Kat nodded as she did so and looked up at the roof
"Your scar..."

"Um... yeah... Hysterectomy when I was like 14 or 15..." Kat said with a slow nod as Cho removed the bandages

"That's an extremely young age to get one"

"It wasn't voluntarily" Kat shrugged as Cho started the machine

"I'm sorry" She said

"It's fine... never wanted kids anyway" Kat sighed

"Never wanted or never considered it after that was taken away from you?" Cho asked

"Never really thought about it... doesn't matter now though" Kat stated

"Well you will be stuck here for 2 hours so you can talk about anything" Cho said

"Not much of a talker" Kat sighed

"I really do not believe that" Cho laughed

Two days later

Kat had her hair curled nicely and wearing a black jumpsuit with a diamond belt. She made her way to the bar first and grabbed a drink before Steve signaled her over
"Kat" Sam smiled as he saw her

"Wilson, long time no see" Katty nodded

"Wanna have a go?" Steve asked, gesturing at the table

"Not the best idea, you know... being trained with a great skill set of accuracy" Sam shook his head

"Almost sounds like you are scared to lose" Kat smirked

"No, I just think you would have an unfair advantage" Sam shrugged

"Hand me the stick, Rogers" Kat said, holding her hand out

"Kat" Steve warned

"I am not planning to beat him with it! I have only done that twice in my entire life and you shouldn't have known but Nat can't keep secrets" Kat said as he handed it to her

"What? You really gave in like that quickly?" Sam asked

"She isn't the kind to argue with" Steve shrugged

"Neither are you!"

"Oh stop whining Samuel" Kat grumbled as she took her shot perfectly

"This is going to be unfair" He shook his head. She of course, won the game and kept annoying Sam about it for a fair while until Steve and Sam started to walk off

"Leaving me alone already?" She asked

"Just gonna talk about Sokovia a little more but Sam is on his way out" Steve said to her

"Fine. I shall go pester Clint" Kat said as she walked away to see Clint with Cho
"Hey people"

"Kat" Clint nodded as he saw her sitting opposite him

"Shame this isn't a fun one" Kat grumbled

"I think this is a nice party" Cho shrugged

"Hill doesn't want to know anyone here so she sticks to Rhodey as he keeps repeating the same story. She would go hang out with Natasha but she doesn't when I am around because I accused them for many years of being together. Bruce doesn't know what he is doing so keeps hanging around the lamps. Thor is talking to the old men because... well they are the closest in age to him and Rogers. Nat is at the bar to also avoid Hill because of me and also because she is anti social. This party is far less fun than others" Kat explained

"You accused Nat of what?" Clint laughed

"I don't know, Maria just gives me the kind of vibe and always hangs around Nat" Kat shrugged

"I am not going to comment on that one" Cho laughed

"Oh and my bad, I forgot Steve! He is pretending to escort Sam out because he lost in a game of pool" Kat added as she nodded up in their direction

"You need more alcohol" Clint said, shaking his head

"If I drink to much I will stand out even more and it will still be boring. This is why I hate being the youngest here" Kat added

"Try this!" Thor said as he held a small bottle, pouring a tiny bit into a shot glass on the table

"What is it?"

"Asgardian!" He said before walking off. Kat shook her head as she grabbed it and downed it

"Holy shit, that has a good kick to it" She coughed a little
