"You shouldn't be so hard on your self" Scarlet said as she walked around the dorm cleaning her clothes up.
For the past 10 minutes I had been looking at the secret videos Logan took of me riding Magic.
"If I'm not hard on my self then I won't be ready for tryouts" I grumbled as I saw my hands falter over a jump.
"What ever" she smiled and sat down to look at her phone.
The sun shone in our room and made everything bright and cheery. The light walls made the room look big and Scarlets bright yellow mattress glowed work joy.
I soon got a call from Mr. Odell, our riding instructor.
"Hello?"
"Hi Ms. Jenson. We have a problem with Keller" he replied with a distraught voice.
"Il be right down" I hung up and pulled on paddock boots.
"Let's go" Scarlet was already ahead of me.

"So this is the news." The vet said. He and Mr. Odell had been down here giving Keller a checkup for his hoof.
"It's more than just a hoof problem. He has cracked the inside of his hoof, and can't be ridden anymore. He can do walk trot for beginners but that's it. I'm really sorry Ms. Jenson. I hope you understand" he explained and looked down.
"No. No. No. No! He's supposed to be fine"'I sobbed.
Scarlet took me into a hug and I sobbed in her arm.
Not Keller. He was my rock; my everything. I loved him since the first day.
This couldn't be happening.
"We will have to get you a new horse. For tryouts use Magic and we will get in touch with your parents right away and get a new horse ready for you. I'm very sorry miss." And with that Mr. Odell was gone.
"It's going to be ok. He can be sold to a good home and you can get a new horse" Scarlet tried to comfort me.
"No! It's not that easy! You don't get it!" I yelled at her.
With that I ran out of the barn and into someone.
