Into the Arcane || Jinx x Lux

JINX'S POV

A week later Jinx had agreed to let Lux come on a mission topside since she did a good job the last time. Despite Lux's weakness or inability to use weapons she was still a good companion to have on her jobs.

"You ready sunshine?" Jinx asked as she grabbed her bag and weapons.

"Ready then I'll ever be princess." Lux replied as she winked at Jinx.

Jinx liked it when Lux called her princess, it made her feel special, strong. Like she had power over others.

ALL POV'S

Lux and Jinx were now known as the queens of havoc, they ruled the under city striking anyone in their path who didn't obey their commands. Lux liked the new version of her, she liked feeling powerful and she was hungry for more. But she still wasn't sure if being a criminal was what she wanted her life to be like.

The blonde and bluette were headed out on their secret mission topside. The aim of today was too sneak into the Hexgates and find any valuables for Jinx to use. Lux changed into her new outfit that Jinx had made her, she liked it. It was what gave her the signature name as one of the under-cities queens of havoc.

Lux and Jinx left their home and ran through the streets of Zuan. Up the buildings and across the bridge the queens of havoc trailed.

"Ready to kick some ass?" Jinx asked while giggling at Lux. Lux kicked the back of Jinx's knees causing Jinx to instantly fall. Before she hit the ground Lux caught her waist.

"I am. Are you?" Lux said in a flirty tone as she pulled Jinx up and kissed her with her hot sweaty lips.

LUX'S POV

The two arrived at the bridge between Zuan and Piltover. Lux stared off into the distance hoping she would find beauty in what she saw, but all that was there was never ending walls of concrete. In a way, Piltover was just like Demacia.

"Hey. You okay?" Jinx asked as she saw Lux's worries face.

"Yea. Let's go kick ass." Lux replied.

The blonde and bluette trailed on the tops of the buildings throughout Piltover till they made their way to the hexgates. Jinx and Lux sneaked their way into the foyer of the building where two enforcers stood in front of a door which seemed to lead to an elevator.

"I'll distract them with my smoke grenades, you run through and snatch one of the guards ID cards so we can access the elevator." Jinx said to Lux as she was directing signals with her arms. Lux gave Jinx a quick nod.

"On three. One. Two. Three." Jinx said as she pulled the pin of the grenade and aimed her smoke bomb at the two enforcers. Lux quickly zipped through the enforcers pulling one enforcers ID card out of their pocket. Jinx waited for Lux to be fully through and at the elevator to go. Jinx focused through all the smoke to see her perfectly in position, Jinx ran to the elevator and the two began their incline to the top of the hexgates.

"Nice moves sunshine." Jinx said as she scanned the ID card Lux had just given her. Jinx set the level to the top floor.

The elevator trip was long and squishy but Lux didn't mind being this close to her girlfriend and neither did Jinx.

Ding!

"We're here. Now do exactly what we planned at home and it should go smoothly." Jinx whispered.

If Lux knew anything, it was that nothing ever goes smoothly when Jinx is around. Lux snuck out of the elevator and began searching the room for people while Jinx began her search for valuables for her work.

"This place is empty." Lux said.

"Help me look for stuff then." Jinx said.

Lux followed Jinx's orders and began searching the hexgates. Lux walked over to the centre where a large blue glowing light shone from the bottom level up to the top and out through a circular window in the side of the building. Lux placed her hands onto the railing and leaned on it, she looked out into the glowing light. It reminded her of her portal, the glowing light was familiar, it brought her peace.

Lux walked towards a desk on the other side of the room to Jinx. She began moving papers and weird metal scraps on the table. She briefly saw a paper of a weird shaped object on the table, she shuffled the papers back and picked up the paper. The title of the page read 'Hexcore'.

What does that mean? What is a Hexcore?

Lux folded the piece of paper into a plane and threw it across the room. The plane hit Jinx in the back of her head and then fell to the floor behind her.

"Watch it!" Jinx said. Lux just giggled at her as she watched her face get excited once she realised what Lux had found. Lux gazed her focus back on the mission, she moved to another table. This table had three papers on it, all in which were designs for some kind of weapons. Lux picked of the papers in horror, one paper had the trace of a large Hamer, another of Gauntlet's, and the last of a drill claw.

What were the people of Piltover planning to use these weapons for?

Lux snapped out of her thoughts to see an enforcer holding Jinx around the neck and another who was approaching Lux.

"NO!" Lux shouted across the room loud enough for Jinx to hear. Lux jumped forward reaching her arm out to Jinx as she shot a ray of light at the enforcer who now lay on the ground stunned from the shock. Lux instantly fell to the ground where an enforcer grabbed a hold of her arms and arrested her.

"Go! Get out of here!" Lux yelled as she faintly saw the blur of Jinx's figure running away.
