chapter 19~ an aching heart

Taiju is brutal, abusive and religous. He enjoys tormenting his opponents and has little care for others' wellbeing, even his own siblings. He doesn't care who his opponent is, even if he is facing a girl. He trained the 10th generation Black Dragon gang, completely reforming it to act like an army. Taiju was very abusive towards his siblings, going so far as to beat them over insignificant things. He is a prideful individual, believing in the supremacy of his fighting abilities and the strength of his gang. In addition, he is incredibly charismatic, completely capturing the hearts of his followers. Despite his appearance and abusive personality, Taiju is a very religious Catholic. He goes to church alone to pray on Christmas annually. Taiju truly loves his two siblings very much, but his over-protectiveness became warped into domestic abuse

During the time he was the Black Dragon's leader, he had absolute control over the powerful gang, directing and ordering them as he pleased. Under Taiju, Black Dragon became incredibly formidable and united, with others observing how it was almost like an army. Taiju, along with his impressive strength, is also very charismatic. His followers do not merely obey him out of fear. they do so out of respect for him as well.

in particular, several times Takemichi's interest caught Taiju's name at a time when they were always having a gathering at the shrine. since the Black Dragons are well known all over Tokyo and she remembers what Ken told that Shinichiro was the former president of that gang. when Shinichiro became her boyfriend, the Black Dragons became disbanded since the older Sano wanted to experience a peaceful life again. he wanted a new beginning chapter of life, a peaceful life with his family and his beloved girlfriend

despite surrendering his position as prominent president of the notorious gang and renouncing his achievements, seeing that he has changed a lot in Tokyo until it becomes a better place. he would have wanted to make a family with Takemichi -not because he's tired of being president of a gang, but he believes his time as president of the Black Dragons is over too

even though many worshiped him because of his kindness and good treatment of other people. knowing that he also did not have the strength to fight with other people who were even higher than him(one of the reasons why Takemichi liked him back then)he fought fairly, not with force or fists. he fought wholeheartedly in the way he always did -because that is the right thing to do

he gave up his presidency, he offered new life to the people who respected him and became his followers for the past few years, he changed Tokyo until he reached the end, he finds a girl he will love wholeheartedly with his siblings that always admired him. through thick and thin, Shinichiro will ask for nothing else but to be with his family and marry Takemichi in the future

"Please, tell Takemichi...I love her so much" 

by the time Shinichiro died in an accident and this news spread throughout Tokyo, Takemichi was unaware that the former Black dragons who had been disbanded had come to life little by little. hearing from Mikey that there was someone who initiated the revival of the most famous gang back then which is now ruled by Taiju, Takemichi knew nothing at that moment since she didn't expect to hear it from other captains of other divisions, especially Ken and Mikey who were with the others who had gathered behind the shrine. she didn't hear the name of the older Sano in them so she brushes her shoulder and left that place with Chifuyu

Takemichi admits she has no plans to interfere with the former gang led by Shinichiro specifically if the new commander of that gang is too dangerous, as much as Takemichi can she doesn't want to step into the territory of the Black dragons especially her people. Chifuyu had already warned her even though Takemichi wouldn't really do what was on his mind
