7 months ago my husband sent me away from him. He doesn't know where I live and we had no contact since I left. Now I work at a small coffee shop and try to live my normal life. I have changed everything about me, my hair, my eye colour and my name. You don't know how hard it is to survive when every night you go to sleep thinking that tomorrow will be the day I leave New York and go back to my home.
