As expected, we're really losing...

You thought to yourself with sharp eyes wandering in the middle of the field and watched the play unfold right before you. The others were exhausted from keeping the disc in the air, meanwhile your opponents were riled up. The game continued for a long time yet there was a large gap in terms of the scores. It was obvious to be on the losing end especially when your opponent was the captain himself of the said sport's club.

Somehow, you couldn't help but watch in silenced awe whenever Leona scored. The way he moved or played, he looked breathtaking to look at. You couldn't help but feel the air caught up in your lungs, he's too good. He's so good that it makes the sweat trickle your chin.

"So, y'know..." You retracted your gaze from Leona for a moment and slowly looked behind you to see Ruggie himself. Looking all smug with that cunning smirk of his. You narrowed your eyes on him.

"I wonder what made you come here to our dorm in the first place." Ruggie continued, a hand on his hip and his eyes were quickly scanning you from head to toe. Then back to your eyes.

He grinned cheekily that his canines appeared. "Was it because of the incidents that were happening recently that made you come here?" The hyena taunted and he began to run forward, you frowned and followed him.

"So what if it does?" You immediately turned your body to block Ruggie from going further. You were obviously marking him. It'll be less troublesome for your team and even for a moment, your eyes met with Cater's. Telling you with such eyes that a disc will be coming for you to score.

You looked at Ruggie who blankly thought to himself for a moment then looked at you, a wide grin stretching to the corner of his lip. You raised a confused eyebrow as he raised his arms and planted his palms at the back of his head. Now he looked extra cheeky.

"Did you hear that Leona-san?"

"Man, so you're playing detective now, huh?" You heard a strikingly deep voice behind you and glancing back, there stood Leona with a smirk that you oh-so wanted to wipe off.

"Well, the Headmaster did assign me to investigate the matter..." You muttered. "I think it's not so right to defy his orders doesn't it?"

The lion walked and at the same time, you turned your body until he was encircling you. You even missed the slight panicked face that Cater made when he saw you trapped under Leona's guard. The senior couldn't help but take matters in his own hands and assist Grim, Ace and Deuce first before he'd get to you. Now you were aware of one thing when Ruggie decided to corner you from the behind;

The both of them were preventing you from scoring.

Leona then spoke. "If I were you, a magicless herbivore playing detective, I would rather investigate that dorm first. Aren't they a bit suspicious about winning a couple times?" You etched a brow upwards.

Suspiciously, you frowned. "Who knows?? It's possible that you're lying to me right now..."
